I prefer Bitcoin. Probably because I know little about litecoin. Bitcoin is very good for long-term investment and has a very high demand and enthusiasts so that the price of bitcoin has the potential to be very expensive.
Personally i would choose BTC over litecoin any day and i sure if not all,most people would do same. Bitcoin has the greatest value when it comes to cryptocurrencies. It is the ultimatum before any other coin. BTC gives much profit and income as well when transactions are made
Comparing bitcoin with litecoin is just as if you are comparing lambo with bicycle, btc will always remain the greatest and the best cryptocurrency.

if you want to give me, I choose bitcoin because btc have higher price than litecoin. If you want to invest I think you should invest in lite coin, rules is invest in cheapest and sell at high, well you know litecoin cheaper than btc, so you must choose litecoin.

Even if you do have ltc is fine, but btc is must to own it as when the price tends to move up it is the btc which leads to an extent and based on this other altcoins move. So btc can make some quick money as compared to other altcoins.

For my opinion i will choose bitcoin rather than litecoin why? simply because bitcoin is the origin of crypto so why i choose other coin if i can buy bitcoin and make profit out of it.

If we can see the past time graph of bitcoin and litecoin then we will find that the fluctuations in the market of these both coins is equal and we should see it as a perfect thing that if bitcoin is powerful coin in the cryptocurrency market as a king then surely litecoin will surely take place after bitcoin one day in future .So it will be more better for us that we should have both the coins for profit , otherwise if we will go with single coin then with the single dump of the one coin we will find a big loss , so here from another point of view it will be better to have both the coins for long term hold Investment .

So here overall I will say that we should have both the coins , because these are future and better by technology and with single pump we will have big value of the profit in litecoin .
