Surely BitPay, the most reputable business in bitcoin, would not want to process millions of dollars in payments to a scam company. They must have done some kind of homework. Have they made any comments about this?

When customers (see video above) will ask chargeback one by one - the lawsuit would be against bitpay. Hehe.
