Thank you, seems all was ok but the jeweller wanted to cut it to see if it's titanium-filled inside.

the second black contain also a serial with 2 dots on the zero

are you sure that is a genuine? tested? approved?

Everything Bitgild ships comes from the same company in Frankfurt: Coininvest or European Precious Metal Trading GmbH (look at the UPS label of your shipment and the packing list). Both are listed as official reseller for Perth Mint at

http://www.perthmintbullion.com/About-The-Perth-Mint/Our-Distributors/Distributors-Europe.aspx

If you order from Bitgild or Bitcoincommodities, it is EPMT that does the dropshipping

Are you suspecting you got a fake from EPMT?

I have not had my samples tested or approved (I never doubted them), but if you have a suspicion, can you get your two units tested and approved?

yes i have a suspicion and want to approve the bar this wednesday or thursday. really hope it's genuine

Any news about this?
I was thinking about buying a coin from both old and this, along with non-responsive support, would be a big red flag...

I googled Bidgild and saw that one of the links that shows up says this:

I'm not sending thousands of euros to somewhere with Cialis online pharmacy links. It seems dodgy

What can we do in a situation like this? Is there anywhere else to turn for help, Bitgild has my money but neither sending my order or responding to questions Huh

Yes, order processing since 2 weeks and a half. Support don't reply for ~10d. And website down now.

Feel sharked.

Edit: Check that: https://nl.linkedin.com/in/woutervonk

The 3 websites are down.

Edit2: the site goes live again hours after.

After having several successful orders from Bitgild this year, my latest one has been stuck in processing for two weeks. I contacted their support 48 hours ago with no word back from them yet. Does anyone else have this issue?

I bought a 100 gram bar and here is the photo of the bar received

Unfortunately it would seem that the serial would show that it is a fake

Where do you get the info that the serial is fake? You are comparing it to previous purchases? Did you contact Perth Mint to have it verified? Did you get the gold bar tested?

I noticed in the past, the packaging changes. How about the ones below, is there a fake one you think?

Note both the colour and the serial number are totally different

Authentic 1 ounce Perth Mint gold bars in black/charcoal assay card. The zero in serial # has 3 dots, top and bottom.

Authentic 3 dots

FAKE has 2 dots

Why is there so little activity here? I came back to report another successful purchase of more than a dozen different coins, but I feel like I have to remark on the fact I made the last 2 replies here. Such a great business. I'm buying VAT free silver to the UK for great prices, paid in bitcoin, I don't understand how this isn't more popular.

Second order came 6 days after ordering. I mailed support to let them know I didn't get the tracking number on my last order and got a reply within 24 hours. They told me they had now fixed the issue. As they promised I got the despatch notification and the tracking number. Same as last time everything was perfect. I'm recommending this site to all my crypto friends.

Would be great to see someone at the company have a greater social media prescience though, that's literally the only criticism I can come up with. Even if it was just some boring comment here or something just to let us know everything is cool.

Update to my previous commmet.

Order arrived today to the UK on 13/7/17, I ordered on 6/7/17.

Everything perfect as ordered. 22 silver coins of 7 different varieties. All packaged exceptionally in either individual zip lock bags, individual plastic cases, or 6 in a tube designed for 10 which they had taken the care and effort to stuff with bubble wrap so they didn't bang around too much.

Overall I'm absolutely delighted with my order but i did feel a little nervous about the order arriving just because on the 5th I sent them a question to support and still I haven't received a reply yet. In their defence if I'd read the FAQ it had been answered. Also my order inside the website still shows as processing and I didn't get an email with tracking information as stated. However it was a nice surprise today for me to wake up to and smeagle over.

Will definately use again. In fact I'm going to order again immediately since the first was just a test purchase.

How long are processing times at the moment? I made an order on the 6th and since I haven't had a reply to my email question I made before the order.  I'm a little anxious to see it despatched. A more regular social media presence would be reassuring.

Hi, I have a question about the Lunar Goats.
Why are they available below spot gold price?  Is it a mistake (that won't be honored) or is it an offer?

It is quite a lot below spot too!  I haven't heard bad things about bitgild, so am very interested.

The Lunar Goats have been sold out for a long time. It says max. 5 per customer but you can't actually order one.
I don't know why they don't remove it.

Seems like they are having some heavy problem with their site, better to put a thing in the cart and see euro prices if you want to buy something, other prices are displayed outdated or incorrect . But orders are still working
