did u guys also notice that big ask wall dissapearing the past hour?
it's the first time i see the ask wall being not a tsunami on bitstamp and now also for the first time considerably smaller than the bid wall.
Is my observation correct?

Very strange, these asks were there for months now half our before reaching them they dissappered.

SEPA transfers are going quick - only took one day!
Sepa somehow get faster these days. Recently a lot of sepa transfers of mine go through same-day, literally 6 hours later
A result of competition? I doubt it.

Sell walls at $115 on bitstamp and $125 probably same guy.

I'd say they would really try to get their house in order when Bitstamp overtakes them in volume and start to feel more threatened as a result.

I'm less inclined to call it 'healthy' yet. I'm on the fence as to the likelihood of gox imploding, carrying on as it is indefinitely or totally finally getting its house in order (my fence has three sides 
). There's also the question of how well Bitstamp would fare under the same kind of scrutiny and attention gox is currently suffering from the authorities so I am less inclined to be in celebratory mood unless we at least have third and fourth place exchanges with a reasonable proportion too. However, if gox continues like this for another month or so I'm guessing the impact overall on better distribution is likelier to be long-lasting and if they then become a viable option again for many then I think I'd be more comfortable with calling it 'healthy'.In the meantime we've got the off-record exchanges such as coin-base as well as p2p trades which must also be getting a boost from the gox problems. And once people have been forced into looking at other options I think they're much less likely just to go back to depending on one means of exchanging. All good signs though the day I'm really looking forward to is a p2p exchange
