All reward activities must be limited by participants in order to provide a good reward for everyone. It's also a good idea to give the bounty hunter a rating for the project to choose the best fit for their company, but I can't imagine how it will work.
It is not right that the rewards are getting lower and lower and the investors are off too, the bounty rewards are fair and doing the bounties are encouraging the investors to invest in there coin.

That is why I focused more on signature campaigns instead of multimedia campaigns since that type of bounty usually have a lot of participants since it is much easier and as I observed the harder tha campaign is the fewer the participants and the better the reward will be.

Too many participants ? I must disagree with you , we are no yet on the mainstream of bounties , ICO's and so on. After we gonna reach this stage , we are gonna see some really awesome bounty programs with a lot of participants in all the bounties.

Each campaign recruited 3000+ participants. In the Bounty, it makes no sense to participate if the rewards are not fixed, or there is no limit on the number of participants.
According to my observation if one campaign limit the number of bounty hunters that able to participate the loses is not for the bounty hunters but for them. Bounty hunters play some major roles to promote the project effectively.
I also agree that companies need to tighten some rules. It is necessary to make limits for participants in the bounty and remove bots and multiaccounts!
