A lot of thought and mind are needed for earning money in bounty. It is very hard to make choice in bounty about which bounty will give us good coin. The good coin will be exchanged on list. For this we have to wait many times also.
That's why the best thing to do always if you received tokens from your bounties is hold onto it. But sometimes if you see that the token is not that good on the market and have no future then trade it to some coin that is worth holding.
I think that you need to sell and immediately, and keep some time coins. Personally, I use the strategy 60/30/10. I sell 60% right away, 30% leave it for a long time, 10% I sell it at a convenient opportunity.

Bounty are very helpful. if you try to work in bounty which you join. this is very good to get you a free token you have. just work harder and you get a lot of money. but this is not easy to find a good bounty campaign.keep searching and learn about a bounties make you join. if you find a good bounty this is a great from your opportunities.
I hold a part of tokens till the best times too. But I think, such explosive growth which we observed 2017 at the end, won't be any more.

In most cases to win big you should indeed hold but there are other circumstances which you have to take into account like the project itself.
I have made much yet by bounty campaigns but hope i will make enough to make it worthwhile.
I have coins that I hold and perform several actions that I buy and keep coins different then some and raises in price.

So far i earned bounty reward more than standar montly salary in my country, so iam really happy with this freelance job and will be more focus here to gain more reward and profit. By chooice good project will has possibility to make more money from the increasing price of the token. Just by hold it and patient so could be we can make alot of profit
It is not preferred to spend too fast the bounty money as the price start decreasing right after the coin is listed in exchange!
if you have an extra money for all expenses you have better to keep all your bounty in you wallet. keeping your bounty rewards it's a good profits in the future. but if you needing to much money try to get some, cash out how much only you need and keep some coins you have.

That is one of the technique here in this industry some are joining and joining many bounties and when they get the tokens they will hold it for a very long time for example they are holding it for years and it makes them a millionaire by that time. I think it is also better to hold coins so that it will pump in soon time just believe and be patient and everything will fall into its proper places, in this industry all we have to do is to be patient it will surely be worth it. Keeping your bounty rewards for a long time is a good strategy. There is always a possibility that the company will become a giant and its tokens will cost x100-x1000 relative to the price of ICO. This is depend on the fundamental of the project, now i see some project failed and the price of the token down to below ICO price, so use bounty money for trading will be more promising profit than hodl. And Swing trading will be good idea to make more money and less consuming times.
maybe just the intention of collecting the coin ,, do not think of a time when coin is really worthless then it is regret that will come if not sell the coin now
