Not to be biased but I see Casimero winning this fight. He's been out of the ring for a year, so it's certain he's in good condition. Looking at Saul Sanchez's last three fights, he has been very active 3 fight this year which could play a factor in his match against Casimero this could work in his favor or against him.

Casimero year long layoff could mean he's coming back stronger and prepared. While Sanchez has been more active recently, his 3 fight this might lead to exhaustion or injury risk. It's going to be a battle of conditioning versus momentum and Im curious to see how Casimero performs in his return.

Both fighters will face significant challenges in this bout. Casimero, returning after nearly a year off, might struggle with ring rust, which could negatively impact his performance and test his stamina. On the other hand, Saul Sanchez’s endurance will also be put to the test. Given that two of his last three fights were 8-rounders, there’s a possibility he might gas out if this fight goes the scheduled 10 rounds.

I agree that this fight will be a test of conditioning. It’s well-known that Casimero’s conditioning is questionable, partly due to his team’s lack of a strong strength and conditioning coach.

I get your point mate , this fight will be a tough one for both fighters. But I believe In that one year break casimero didn't sit down relaxing he would still do some training and stuff during the break , but still we can't tell who's going to win until the match . But casimero got to take this match seriously in order to climb back to the top.  Yeah the age difference is not that much , so doesn't actually matters that much what will actually matter that day is that the two fighter put up a nice fight

There's no need to emphasize that he'll take this match seriously--he’s always given his best in every fight. I wanted to share the betting odds to get a sense of how the bookies view this matchup, but unfortunately, it's still not listed, even though the fight is less than a week away. Perhaps it's not a high-profile bout, especially since it’s not for a championship. So, I guess we just have to wait and see.

IExperience is very helpful for Casimero and also the age difference of 7 years is not barrier for Casimero because it is not big difference and Casimero age is also still 35 years old which can conclude that it is not an old age for boxer, look at Canelo who is 34 years old can still fight very well even though lately he has become boxer who is not too admired because of his choice in determining opponents in each fight.
What is clear for this fight I tend to rely on Casimero to be able to win even though Sanchez is also not an easy opponent to be underestimated and defeated, we see how it will be in this fight because there is still little time for them to prepare.
Sanchez is far superior in body posture and has longer reach but if Casimero fights more dominantly for close range and presses by continuing to stick then it is likely that Casimero will have chance to get more opportunities to defeat Sanchez.

Base on their record Casimero is In advantage, he has more experience than Sanchez . With having more wins and more KO winning than Sanchez, but the issue is the age difference though , casimero is 7 times older than Sanchez,  so inorder word Sanchez is more younger which will give some advantage, and also the one year break of casimero is not helping matters also , so what we can do is to hope casimero win and increase is KO count  from 22 to 23 .
I agree that Casimero has an edge in terms of experience. However, Quadro Alas has been underperforming in his recent fights, struggling to carry his power in the 122-lbs division. The lack of a dedicated strength and conditioning coach might have affected his performance. They should consider hiring one instead of relying solely on his brother Jason for this aspect.

Let’s give him this one last chance. I’ve seen his pictures, and he does look ready for this fight, but of course, just because he looks ready doesn't guarantee he has the stamina to last 12 rounds or finish it early. As Casimero ages, his opportunities become slimmer, so a win in this fight is crucial--not just any win, but an impressive one that will boost his chances for a championship bout in the future.

I am with you on this, Casimero should show a very good performance on this upcoming fight. Otherwise, it would be very hard for him to find another fight. Remember, a lot of his fans are trying to match up with Inoue. But such chance is already very far from the horizon. Inoue has advanced his boxing career and facing Casimero is quite far from happening. So this is Casimero's chance to show he still got the the skills in this sports. Because if he will lose this one, I don't know how his boxing career will move forward...

The last time he fought wasn't really satisfying. Now, let's see what he can do. There might still be slight chance to see this match, but Casimero will need to win in a very spectacular knock out.

Inoue is now being lined up to face Nakatani but there is still some time before it is ready. Inoue will fight at least twice more before then and the opportunity is there for Casimero to earn one of those spots. He will have to perform better than Akhmadaliev and Picasso, he can’t just insult his way to the top.

Casimero is called Angas ng Pilipinas or the arrogant guy of the Philippine boxing. He is the kind of guy who will look at his opponent and despise him when he knocks them down, If you check some of his knock out fights, he is in a habit of yelling, Have you seen how he mocked Duke Micah while he was down? He also did this to Tete and Ramirez,, the guy just love to insult his opponents.
Now if I am Inoue and have seen how disrespectful Casimero is, I would love to fight him and shut him down but his handlers wasnt Casimero to work his way to be deserving of the title shot and this fight could be it, Sanchez is not a low level fighter and also has a good record so the table is on Casimero, if Casimero wins here, the insult will just continue.

Actually if Inoue could able to decide to fight Casimero for sure he provably do it. He show some interest to fight against Casimero since he receive a lot of insult from him way back before https://www.philstar.com/sports/2020/10/30/2053421/inoue-wants-casimero-fight-as-soon-possible

But their promoter and I guess ego of Inoue stop to make this happen since he's already at the top and Casimero is more lower than him so maybe he's promoter advice him for not stepping down because they cannot get anything if they push the Casimero vs Inoue to happen. Right its sad that they totally lose their interest to fight Casimero and this will became another what if in boxing scene that provably might speculate.

He probably won't change his style though, he is known to mocking his opponent when they are down. But for most of his fans though, it's too much as we all know that Filipinos are not like that. And now, he might still have that "angas", but we all know that he is not what he used to be.

At 122 lbs or super bantamweight, he hasn't scored a single knockout win that might raise his stock a bit to say his name together with Inoue. But he needs to win impressively here as what we suggested so that he can still continue to be that arrogant, and then back it up with actions inside the ring.

Bob Arum gave Casimero the option of taking a reduced purse or he would move on to Jason Moloney.
https://www.badlefthook.com/2020/7/24/21337201/naoya-inoue-in-process-coming-united-states-casimero-fight-may-not-happen-boxing-news

Casimero's team did not accept the offer, they were probably thinking things would go back to normal soon and could get a much larger purse if they held out for a while. Despite trying to frame it as Inoue being scared, Sean Gibbons admitted that it was due to financial circumstances that they couldn’t reach an agreement.
I haven’t read anything confirming Casimero’s camp that they were offered to a reduced purse. And it doesn’t make sense to offer a reduced purse; both fighters were champions at the time and had their own popularity. Casimero deserves respect, and the reduced offer could have been a strategic move to make him refuse, providing a valid excuse for not making the fight happen.

Looking at the opponents Inoue has faced, some of them weren’t as popular as Casimero, which raises questions about why the fight didn’t take place. There seems to be a deeper reason, and my guess is that they might be avoiding him deliberately.

I don't think, with the exception of Donaire, Inoue has fought a former three division titlist and undefeated for the last 7 years, only Casimero has that record; he is actually far better than those he fought, and Casimero has beaten over 6 former champions. Forget the record. How about the mocking and the insult he's been getting from Casimero These should be enough to ask his promoters to make a deal, but no, his promoters think that Casimero has a chance to stop Inoue's track, so they just bear the insult and the mocking rather than fight Casimero.

Regardless of what he accomplished in the past, his most recent fight, which was already 12 months ago, resulted in a draw against an unranked fighter. We have to be realistic with expectations. The top pound for pound fighter is not going to select an opponent coming off that performance.

I think if there is ever a fighter that should get a crack at Inoue is should be Akhmadaliev in my opinion, however, it is said that Sam Goodman will have the last crack at Inoue this December before the monster moves up to featherweight.

Not sure if Nakatani will have his chance, again, if we are going to base it on Bob Arum, Inoue's co promoter, It will be Goodman. So I do not see Casimero's name has the slightest chance, even if he mock Inoue in the past. The only way that Casimero might have a chance is that when he moves to this division, he had impressive win. But so far he hasn't face any name fighters and all his fight are controversial.

If there's no problem happen with past promotion who handled Casimero at that time then maybe we see that fight happen. But I guess there are forces stopping to make that fight happen that's why now we rarely see him getting a big match. Also I don't think there's still a chance for Inoue and Casimero fight would really happen. The monster is already on top of his career and provably that they won't go down on Casimero's level. Maybe they would prepare to go up and chase for more achievements rather than thinking about fighting Casimero.

Fans want this fight to happen but I guess Inoue's camp is not interested anymore in Casimero. But let see if Casimero get a big win against Sanchez maybe the fans call out will spark some interest to make this fight to happen. Maybe promoters would smell some huge money for this fight then think about try to create a deal to possibly set up this match up.
Its not that they are are not interested but they think that Casimero is capable of knocking out Inoue, They saw it on the Tete fight, Casimero is the underdog on that fight but he changed the course of the fight with one punch, Casimero loves to mock his opponents when he knocks them down and that will be the end
of Inoue's like what happened to Tete who resorted to drugs to win his succeeding fights, that fight literally ended Tete's Career.
So we can conclude Casimero is a different fighter, very different from all Inoue fought.

Yes, but at least on the side of Casimero, even if he hadn't fought Inoue, he will still have his redemption in this fight. He just need to show us something, a knockout win might still put his name in the top of any of the organizational body.

And after that, Inoue goes up, he vacated all his belts and then Casimero can have that one last chance to be a two weight class champion and not will be enough for him instead of chasing Inoue because he says that he is going to give him his first defeat or maybe he is just chasing clout for his social media presence.

I’d love to see a source for that information because I searched to verify it, but I couldn’t find anything. From what I know, the first fight was canceled due to COVID-19, and since then, Casimero has been calling out Inoue repeatedly. However, Inoue hasn’t responded, which is why Casimero keeps labeling him as "scared."

Sean Gibbons, Casimero’s adviser, informed BoxingScene.com that it would’ve been difficult to put that bout back together from a financial standpoint until fans can attend in Las Vegas.

And most likely this is one reason why Casimero bolted out of Sean Gibbons and MP. Casimero is very high around that time, capturing the WBO belt and so they wanted to fight Inoue. However, it's business as usual for Bob Arum, yeah you can fight Inoue but you will not get a 50/50 split.

At that time, as I have said since Casimero is on a winning streak and yeah, maybe think that the pandemic will not last that long so they held until Casimero's body can't hold on that 118 lbs, was not able to fight and his last chance against Butler in UK, he blew it as he as caught going to sauna to shred that extra pounds which is against the BBoC. Now, we will not see that fight anymore.

This was then, but now Inoue has the opportunity to fight Casimero, The rivalry generates a lot of interest that it will convert to good revenue for both promotions, Inoue never mentioned Casimero when things got back to normal; he always opted for other fighters, and now that he is moving out of the division, he is still not showing interest in Casimero.
Casimero is a kind of fighter that loves to despise and make fun of fighters, he was actually selling a fight to the public, Inoue should have taken it back then, and now Casimero is not selling a possible fight anymore but directly insulting him.
