i think he knows he isn't going to win a presidential race. the opposition will just use many to divide the votes, as much as possible to divert some to the opposition's top candidate. he should know how popular duterte is. he needs a hero's welcome to burst his popularity again but if he is distracted in politics and this coming fight may result in a loss for both politics and boxing.

Yes, I know that he is a Senator in the Philippines, but this is a very different field. The law is not the same here, he needs to hire someone that has experience as far as boxing litigation is concern. I agree that this is a problem, but it's not that small. It involves huge amount of money, $3 million in PHP is already big. So he will have to shoulder everything here before we can see him fight Errol Spence Jr.

He’s not buy on his trainings because he knows he’ll be the one to win on this match, yes he’ll run for president and that’s why he’s doing his best to make his name out in the public including this match is a pure strategic plan. I'm excited about the fight, but I have doubted that still, Manny Pacquiao will win this match, I know how he will fight inside the ring.

Age+Lack of time in training or focus would be the main factors which would really affect his efficiency on the fight but still we cant really make or draw conclusions basing up with those things.
When you do have some role in your country as a senator then of course maintaining your body as a boxer would be entirely different when you do really go on full time plus he isnt getting
younger anymore which would really be a big thing that might really affect his fight performance but i do still root with this peoples champ but pretty sure that speed is really not
the same compared into those prime days he do have on his career.

I'm 100% sure that he will lose in the Presidency if he will try to run. He is outstanding in boxing, but not in Politics, it needs brains and experience in order to run the country and Pacquiao does not have that yet at the current stage. I understand that he trying to help and fulfill his dreams at the same time, but he has to understand that there are more brilliant people than him, instead of running, why not just support them. Anyway, too much politics, let's go back to sports.
