Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!
But as far as stamina goes, it's questionable in my opinion. I will grade Gaballo as more of it as compare to Donaire. So Nonito better be wise to conserve his energy in this fight and not to engage Gaballo. And just time him coming inside and maybe score a knock out.
That's the question since we are comparing a young and much more older fighter. Gaballo is still at 25 years of age while Donaire is at the height of a career age at 38 and we know how age matters on most of the time especially if it's about stamina. Not doubting Donaire on this since he's an athlete and athletes has high tolerance of endurance but I think Donaire may pull it off, fingers crossed.
and another comparison is their achievements in their respective ages, when Donaire  at 25 y/o yes he has been winning constantly but not as strong as what Gaballo did in  his 25th.
from the knockouts and the ability to win?  no losses recorded and also no draw at all. this is something alarming in Donaire's part but still I believe in Nonito Donaire's capacity to win over this kind of opponent.
so my trust remains to Him this time.

Regarding the betting odds, Donaire will obviously the favorites here.

Obviously yes.
Gaballo could be around +100. Though he (Gaballo) has more KO percentage, punching power, height, and age advantage than Donaire, but Donaire has more experience and more skilled fighter. So, that will decided the odds of this match.
That's true, Donaire's name is more famous than Gaballo. Although the latter has a better record and no defeat yet the bookmakers will put the favorites to Donaire and that's very likely.
However, Gaballo here could pull a huge upset If he can improve his fighting style as he is facing an elite and veteran figther.
I'd like that to see although I'm not yet familiar with his style as I saw him only lately and he's surely a rising fighter.
it is not the name of boxer that will makes them win instead the skill and the ability to sustain their skills for the whole fight in the ring .
i know that Donaire is a stamina fighter  but Gaballo is a knockout puncher and this is His advantage towards the veteran boxer like Nonito .
the fight is getting nearer and the people are still divided if whom will win,
but i am 100% confident in betting towards Gaballo in this one.

So you are saying that Donaire is not a knockout artist?

Have you seen his last fight and how impressive his win is?
And maybe you can compare that on the last fight of Gaballo where he won via split decision but it was a controversial win.
I am not saying that he is not , But i will send the question for you to answer , "Does Donaire a Knockout Artist"? answer it yourself as i did not literally say that word to pay respect to Nonito's contribution to the Boxing community specially in Filipino community .

Quote
Gaballo is no doubt has the stamina over Donaire because he is younger, but in terms of technique, Donaire has a more dangerous strategy as he can hurt his opponent with his good timing of counter punching.
Well their statistics  is enough for me to deliver my bet towards these 2 , and also technique is indeed good aspects for a boxer to win , But the advantage still what mostly brings win and that is Gaballo for me.

I re-watched the Donaire vs Ouballi as well, and it seems that Nonito is just plodding in the fight. Perhaps it was due to the fact that Ouballi is a willing target for him that's why we haven't seen him tested specially his stamina in this fight. So we will see if Gaballo will take advantage of his youth by going very fast against Nonito and test his endurance throughout the fight and it might work on his favor.
That's the anticipated thing to watch for and looks like this is a test for Gaballo and looks like just passing the torch to another era of the Philippine boxing, just my two cents. It can't be denied that Donaire is really aging and it's the chance of Gaballo to show him what he really got there.

^^ That is Donaire's strength he is one boxer with a impeccable timing, and he usually knocks out his opponent, although they have so much power as compare to him with his timing, specially that vaunted left hook of Donaire. But as far as stamina goes, it's questionable in my opinion. I will grade Gaballo as more of it as compare to Donaire. Nonito Donaire, being a natural counter-puncher, can easily go the distance. He is not that aggressive as a fighter. He does not even release a series of punches. He does not have a lot of combinations in his arsenal. This is the reason why I think Nonito does not have a problem in terms of stamina. He can spend the whole 12 rounds without getting really drained.

Gaballo's strategy should not be wearing out Donaire before going for the kill. It should be making points right from round 1. Or knock out if possible.

I guess the one that is going to adjust here is Gaballo because he is an aggressive fighter, and that's the favorite of Donaire. It will not be a battle of stamina if the fight ended in few rounds, and that would only happen if Gaballo will be careless and will not see the left hook of Donaire.
Gaballo hasn't lost a single fight yet, so it's hard to expect that he will change his strategy, he will remain aggressive and if he can survive on the punches of Donaire, that's the time to say that he has a big chance to win in the decision. What I notice about Donaire is, he wins a fight mostly if he could hurt his opponent early, but if his opponent will survive, his chance to win gets lower.

The same loss he suffered from Inoue. He's hitting, but the kid survives and starts beating him in the last few rounds.

If Gaballo will survive those heavy punches of Donaire, the chance is big for him to win if he counter's back and also hit well.
Nobody can accurately say who's going to win. Both fighters are in good form and on their mission to try winning this fight.

Whoever wins has a good chance to face either Inoue or Casimero. Another great challenged inside this sport.

We can't compare Gaballo to Inoue though as they are at a different level, I mean, Inoue is an A-plus fighter while Gaballo is just a B plus fighter, of course, this is his opportunity to prove to the world that our expectation is wrong, and by defeating Donaire, his name will be popular in this division.
Basing on numbers then theres no doubt on that but we know that in the world of boxing then upsets could really happen which we cant really remove that possibility and that would really be a huge step up on Gaballo's
career if he do ever able to beat up Donaire on this upcoming fight and might able to face up another known boxers as well and for Donaire if he would lost up consecutive fights whenever whose his opponent then he
might considering on hanging up his gloves or would simply retire but we cant make out any conclusions and presumptions because anything would be seen afterwards on this fight.

Their both Filipino for sure it will be a good fight, not since Donaire name is much popular but because they will sure to use their best. Gaballo can use it to be known more by many. It will be a matter of fighting not just on the title but also as a show of talent of a fan to his idol who know what more Gaballo can give during the fight for him to win against Donaire.

so Donaire will be the favorites and we just have to choose on what fighter we will put our money.
Where do you guys are going to put your money? Reymart as said has good stats but also Donaire shouldn't be underestimated with their strength and experiences.
Both really has an end and there could be one lucky punch that any of them can throw which can give the winner a sudden chance when they see an opening.
I will stick with Donaire here, as been said Gaballo's stats is just a stats. I don't see he fight with many good boxer, most of them were beginner so I wouldn't see a high chance Gaballo will beat Donaire in this fight.
Donaire could play defensive when he fight with Inoue before, so I expect Donaire can took all punches from Gaballo's aggressiveness and give counter punch to Gaballo.

Yes, overall I see Donaire still winning this fight, maybe he will have a trouble early with with Gaballo's power. But he will take over the fight due to his experience and his timing. And maybe Gaballo's power will fade away as the fight progresses. Might be good for look for some handicap though, to boost and make a good odds instead of ML.
All right, thanks for the input guys. Honestly, I'm looking to go for Gaballo but I'm also realizing of what you guys said that stats are just stats. There's more advantage for Donaire on this match but if there's a quite good odds that will be seen for this match.
I think that it's totally fine to gamble for this match since they're both boxers that has no drama and just pure match up.

I agree, Donaire is the favorite to win this fight, or at least it should be, but what makes this fight difficult to predict is the fact that both fighters are in two completely different stages in their career, Donaire is a veteran that has his best years behind him however he has a accumulated a lot of experience over those years, while Gaballo still seem to have the best of himself ahead of him, making difficult to predict what his performance will be during the fight.

Reymart Gaballo is a rising Filipino boxer but Donaire is a season, he is going to his retirement so he should end up his career with some good wins. It's just bad for Gaballo that he has to fight a Filipino boxer, but even if both are Filipinos, this is their job, they have to give the best they can to entertain the fans and win that belt.

Regarding the betting odds, Donaire will obviously the favorites here.

A good way to inspire both fighters, Donaire might be the favorite, as like you said he's a season champ.

Both Pinoy Boxers do create their own path inside these sports, a good matchup between a legendary and a crowd love hero over
the rising one who wanted to build and established his name in this field.

Along the road, like what I mentioned above, both fighters are bringing pride whoever wins the flag of our country will hold the
prize title / belt.
