Tank admitted that he has broken his hands against Isaac so he fought him literally with one hand and still win. Gamboa is already wash fighter, so I don't consider it a great performance by Cruz. More likely it was a setup for Isaac to look great and now it paid off because he will have a chance to fight Ryan Garcia.

It's just shows that Gervonta Davis is indeed too much for Pitbull because he was literally fighting with one hand power but still lost to him, but I somehow know Davis confirmed that Pitbull got quite a hard head so that will be a challenge for Garcia as a knockout specialist if he can knockout Pitbull (correct me if I'm wrong though). If Garcia can pull a knockout victory here if incase this fight will happen then I think Garcia can somehow go for a match with Davis.

Right, but it just dawn on me that Ryan Garcia has a history of broken hands as well. So Isaac Cruz head my posed a problem for him as well. But probably if Ryan can land it perfectly, he might not suffered this injury and could score a knock out.

He has been eyeing Tank before his 'sabbatical' due to mental issues. IF he ever win against Cruz, maybe he will call Tank again but this time it could be in 140 lbs.

In any case, it is Jermell Charlo versus Brian Castano. The odds on Charlo is only 1.51. However, it appears his victory is a certainty.

Jermell Charlo is on another level. He is dangerous.

I'm hoping that someday he will face Canelo Alvarez in the catchweight at the Light Middleweight division but seems impossible now as previously beaten by a heavy underdog Dmitry Bivol a week ago.

The upcoming Charlo vs Castano II will now erase the questions on their 1st fight that ended up in a split decision.

I reckon the first fight only ended in a split decision because Jermell Charlo might have underestimated Castaño. I am not quite sure of this but we can ask @bisdak or @Boafeng. However, Charlo certainly makes it appear that he might be underestimating him in the press conference. I hope I am wrong and this is only trashtalking tactics from him hehe.

This might end with a knockout for Charlo but I will make it safe and bet only Charlo to win.

Winding down.

He lost to Davis though? and beat Gamboa who has lost to Haney and Davis, so this is his 3rd straight lost and this might be a cherry pick fight for Cruz.

So there is no upset from Cruz last 2 fights, and it seems that stepping up, he is losing the fight. Although Garcia is on a comeback trail, I still believed that he has all the tools and again, he is over those mental issues already. So this is a good fight for him.

It's usually on style and the boxer's power to absorb the punches ever since I saw Ryan get a knockdown from Luke Campbell the chin has become a suspect and Campbell is not even a power puncher, Ryan will have to deal with Cruz's power and aggressiveness and Cruz just need to connect one big punch in the chin to destabilize Garcia, sure Ryan will have a chance to win but he needs to train as hard as he can as he is in a serious fight this time.

Ryan Garcia would not go down if Campbell is not a power puncher.
Judging by his professional record, https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/651514... Luke Campbell has 16KOs from 20 wins, so this guy is a tough opponent, and good thing Ryan Garcia is tougher as he gets up and beat Luke Campbell in the fight.

It's indeed a great timing that WBO has ordered Isaac Cruz and Ryan Garcia to have some talks/agreement on the said title so that the fight will materialize soon. I'm also hoping that Ryan's camp won't turn down this fight as The Golden Boy Promotions and his camp are vocal that they want Isaac Cruz for their boy (Ryan Garcia). This will be a good fight and Garcia will indeed face a dangerous man who is so thirsty and hungry.

I doubt if their team of Garcia would heed this order of the WBO because Isaac Cruz is a talented fighter and a very risky fight for Ryan Garcia where the reward is not the title itself, only a mandatory challenger to the champion. We all know that Golden Boy Promotions could make a championship fight for their ward directly without this so-called mandatory if the time comes, I mean if Garcia is ready for that.

I don't think that Cruz is a big risk to Garcia though, Cruz is not on Garcia's level so why they are afraid of him and Golden Boy not let Ryan fight him?

And the winner will have a crack against the winner of Haney vs Kambosos so this is a win-win situation or Garcia. So for me they should take the risk instead of someone given the opportunity.

Anyhow, at the end of the day, boxing is business, so maybe what GBP might be looking for Garcia is money fight and Isaac Cruz will not put a lot of money in the table for Garcia.

The way he fought Tank Davis and disposes of Gamboa he is a serious threat to Ryan Cruz, many people think Bivol is not on Canelo's level but look on the outcome you never underestimate a fighter like Isaac Cruz, have you missed The Pitbull's last two fights, he can pull an upset if Garcia is the favorite, Ryan will be the slight favorite here but not a heavy favorite he is not Tagoe that will run and hide on Garcia's punches, he will chase Garcia the whole rounds when they face each other in the ring.

^^ You can't compare though Bivol here, he is champion of Lightweight division and Canelo is the one going up in weight.

Aside from that, the Golden Boy Promotions and Garcia's camp is not ready for some defeats especially in these times where their cow are still refreshing and getting his way back in the industry. There's likely a chance that they will ignore this order as there will be some other fights in the future to could benefit them more while making Ryan Garcia's way on top. If they were heed this order, I doubt Garcia could really end the fight on his side because Pitbull is no doubt a risk in his career.

What will be the alibi now, they are the one who broadcast that they want Isaac Cruz or Kambosos and WBO just take the cue to make it official, the Golden Boy and Ryan Garcia will lose their face, there is no such thing as easy opponent going for the crown and greatness, many will lose their respect to Garcia, that includes me the boxing community wants a real top-level contender to test Ryan Garcia, not one coming out of nowhere with a good record, we don't need another Tagoe.

Ryan Garcia vs. Isaac ‘Pitbull’ Cruz ordered by WBC for 135-lb title eliminator

This is something to watch out for we all know how dangerous Isaac Cruz and this is a big challenge for Ryan Garcia's comeback
I hope they can make a deal and make the fight push through, Ryan Garcia announced that he wants Isaac Cruz, now it's close to happening.

So Garcia is back on track for the 135 lbs belt, we've seen how tough Isaac Cruz, but I don't know if he has the tools to beat Garcia. Ryan will have the physical advantage in this fight and we might see him getting loose against Cruz and will test how his chin is. Tank injured his hands fighting Cruz, and he said that Isaac's head is very solid. So we will see if Garcia can break that chin of Cruz and score a knock out. The winner of this match is in line up for the winner of Haney vs Kambosos Jr.

Garcia wants Cruz I'm sure he'll have it the deal is almost a done deal, the Golden Boy promotion made their intention clear that they want Isaac Cruz, I don't know what they see on Isaac Cruz but it seems they are taken him lightly, and I'm sure Cruz will be happy to challenge Garcia, this will be Garcia's toughest fight in his career, it will test his mental toughness let's see if Garcia can handle the big pressure when they face - off.

It's a big shame if they turn down the offer they are the first ones who offer the idea of Ryan Garcia facing Isaac Cruz and WBO just take the bite and ordered a mandatory fight, it's going to be a done deal both Garcia and Cruz need this fight to establish their legacy and for them to have contention in the title, probably against the winner of the Kambosos - Haney fight, once the deal is done we're going to discuss this fight extensively.

There's an article I read yesterday that Canelo Alvarez shouldn't request or plan to go rematch with Dmitry Bivol.

One of the reasons is, that Bivol might put him again in another losing scenario.

What's your opinion here guys? What do you want to expect next for Canelo Alvarez?

a) A rematch against Dmitry Bivol
b) A trilogy with GGG (low chances for now because of Canelo's recent loss)

Both are projected to happen in September this year.

Garcia's camp needed to change their goal because they prepping Ryan Garcia to fight Kambosos Jr. soon so they expected that Garcia will have an impressive win towards Emmanuel Tagoe but that fight wasn't that much impressive like what they have expected as the bout resulted to a unanimous decision.

Now, that he is set to fight to a much tougher oppoent than Tagoe, he should improve more because this will be one of those fights that he needed to win so that his future in the industry will be much brighter.
