In summary, Teo Lopez scored a knock down in the 7th round and then continue to plummet Campa forcing the referee to stop the fight.

And then he calls out the other champion, so we shall see if the "Takeover" will takeover this 140 lbs division or Lopez will have a hard time against the best welterweight like the names he mentions after his win.

Garcia seem too tough for Teo. Its time he really have to earn a fight and he could start with Barboza.

I do agree that it is just warm up for Teo i this weight class, but the way him and his father act in the post fight, as if they have been a world class fighter in 140 lbs.

And then he starts calling names, I would agree that when Teo enters this division, fans become interested and wanted to see the competition. But he should act when he actually won a belt because the champions and former champions and contender are all hard hitting. If it touches Teo again, for sure the ghost of him being knock down by George Kambosos will be seen again.

It's because he can take the power of Campa, he did the Philly shell, made famous by Floyd, a stance that is good for defense. But there were times that Campa can slip a punch, but it has no effect on him. And so you can see at the end of a round, he do a Ali shuffle, so he has so much confidence in this fight that we can confirmed that he will score a knockout in later rounds because he has the power and control of the fight. And so others think that he has made a strong debut at 140 lbs, but we all know that this is just a cherry pick from the very beginning. And in paper Campa looks as very strong, has a winning streak. But this is all a setup fight.

Nice to see Lopez back on his track after taking break for around 8 months, but he's successfully dominated his first fight on light welterweight division and can win via TKO. I think he only want to test his body and power in this division, so after he win, he will looking for big names.

Hehehe, as we all expected, Teo will win by either TKO/KO and that's what happen in this fight. And Campa is really not on the same league as Lopez as it was very evident from the first round, the contrasting style, stance, you can its vey different.

Let's wait for him and fight good boxers in this division to see if he can stand with the big punchers in this division. He mentioned a name after the fight, Prograis, that will be a good match and real test for Teo if he can fit in this 140 lbs division. The good thing is that he brings hype already, so maybe there will be fans going to watch now the Jr. Welterweight division.

Right, we can see the big difference in terms of talent, I see comments in some boxing threads that he beat a taxi driver but then Lopez and his father in post fight like won the lottery and something and they are all shouting.

If Teo steps up the plate and let's see fight Richard Prograis, it will be a very different league for him. Forgot about Josh Taylor as for sure he will be schooled and badly beaten, more than what he get from a humiliating defeat from Kambosos.
