Well, I'd say that a tune-up fight in this industry is somehow synonymous to a cherry-picked fight because Lopez's camp are surely making all the arrangements to get the hype back on their boxer after that upset he got last time against Kambosos. He could've won that fight if he just came prepared and not so arrogant enough to underestimate Kambosos, I hope that he got the lesson now and not to underestimate Campa because even if this is a tune-up fight for him, I can say that Campa can still defeat him.

Campa has knockout punching power too and is a natural of the weight division.   Lopez shouldn't feel too confident to the point of being careless.  We have seen several boxers getting knocked out because of being cocky.  And I think he learned his lesson in his previous fight against Kambosos, so I believe I will be seeing a different Teofimo Lopez this time.

yes, that's an obvious win, and about the odds, maybe we have to wait more like a day before the fight as it will likely be available. I'm interested on knowing the odds for Lopez by KO, if that 2+, I'll probably put a bet on it.
I doubt the odds would be as high as 2+ because Lopez was a knockout artist too, I expect 1.20-1.40x while via decision it would be 1.60x-1.80x. He's a huge favorited boxer, so the other odds (if available) wouldn't change that much.

However the fight will happen only around 5 next days, can't wait to see Lopez performance after he lost against Kambosos before.

I hope to see the take-over attitude again without the arrogance, his first loss comes from his arrogance and losing control of his temper he is trying to keep his promise to knock Kambosos in round one because he promise and predicted it, unfortunately, you never go force a knock out you wait for it when an opportunity opens up and against a tough fighter like Kambosos its hard to do that, its a big lesson for him and should be a lesson for every boxer.

There is nothing wrong in making predictions like knocking someone out in the first round, might be arrogant to hear but sometimes that's will be a battle in his opponent's head because we know Lopez can really do knock-out punches. The problem is that Lopez gets over his head just because of the flawless and pretty rap sheet he had, now he cannot weigh things correctly because his attitude is blocking the way to making him great that's why he lost to Kambosos. I hope we can see a different Lopez now.

Lopez has to impress the boxing community many are disappointed on his showing, he has the speed and the stregth but it was overcome by that arrogance, Campa is good but checking his training and some of his recent fights he is too slow, when speed and power is the name of the game, I don't see him beating Lopez this is actually a cherry-picked fight and they made a good pick in Campa a good stepping stone for Lopez in a new division.

And now Oscar De La Hoya of Golden Boy Promotions is hyping his fighter Ryan Garcia who is also moving up in weight the same as Lopez. De La Hoya mentioned that Tank Davis and his team aren't serious about fighting KingRy since they get no replies. So now De La Hoya shifted on Teofimo and said that he will be watching Teofimo's upcoming fight.

That would be a great match, but first, Teo has to beat Campa impressively so the hype will continue and they will have a big fight although it's not a championship fight since both are moving up in weight. Maybe the winner of that fight will challenge the current champion.

Teo is Oscar's back up plan if ever the Davis vs Garcia is not going to happen. Teo though said that everyone is calling him, but when he laid out everything, this fighters try to price them out.

There is so much publicity and hype on the big quartet Haney, Teofimo, Tank, and KingRy. Are they bigger than championship belts? Although Haney and Teofimo are well accomplished already. Tank became a legit champion but only at super-featherweight yet he is probably the biggest name of the 4. KingRy is the least when it comes to accomplishments but he is the 2nd most popular or who knows maybe he is even more popular and marketable than Tank.

True, it's probably the hype though, Garcia, Davis and Lopez are the big name in terms of marketability. Although Haney is the champion, he doesn't have that marketable because of his style. But Ryan and Tank, they electrify the crowds with their knock out wins.

And the thing is, he fall to a arrogant boxer in Kambosos and up to know he can't accept that defeat and him and his pops are still arguing that they did enough win the fight. But we did see a different Lopez in that fight and he was knock down early by a huge right hand.

So in order for him to get back his confidence and be the same boxer that we can't ignore in another weight class, then for sure, he should win by knock out here.

I reckon that the odds might be just like that, 1.20++ the most for a knock out Lopez since he has the power although this is a relatively new division for him.

Recently check the odds, others are right, there seems to be none except for the ML. It's just the hype fight, GGG vs Canelo that has the odds for over and under and has all the betting open for now.

Obviously, they already know how Lopez could easily execute his strategy to win this fight, and everything about it tells us with his current record. Lopez is a knockout artist who has the necessary power to knockout Campain in the early rounds if he does not come up with some surprising strategy that can break the focus of Lopez. in that case, his chance to win will rise and also he can somehow prolong the fight until he can convince the judges by giving him more points to win the fight.

Lopez will try his best to knockout Campa this weekend as this is his chance to show his fans that he could bring his power to the heavier division because that will be questioned if he win only by decision. The lightweight division is stacked with so many big names so he should make his entry with a bang so that he could get those money fights sooner.

Have checked my online bookies, no other options so far except for the ML, this is weird considering that this is Teofimo Lopez's comeback fight.
Maybe his opponent is not known that's why as of this time, only the ML is present and no other options for us are being listed. But then again, come fight night, for sure crypto sport bookies will not forget about this fight. As you have said, this is supposedly the comeback fight from Lopez Jr and they should give up a lot of options to bet. Just to remind everyone that this is going to happen this weekend to better follow your favorite sport bookies if you want to bet on this fight.

So far we have 9 votes total, 7 for Teofimo Lopez to win by KO/TKO. I guess it make sense for our boxing community to see Lopez as winning this fight against Pedro Campa.

Stake has it Lopez at 1.04 and Campa at 11.00. However, there is no odds for the KO and the over and under rounds. It could be 7.5 rounds, I reckon. But we will have to wait, can't bet on the ML for Lopez as there is no value. But if you love to bet on the underdog and pull an upset then Campa's odd is great.

Yes, he hasn't fought that much in the States so he might not be comfortable going outside and fighting in the US. But he knows that this is a perfect opportunity for him. And for sure, Lopez will give the most money in this fight and Campa just enough for him to be in the main card against Lopez. It's a must win for him, and maybe score a big knockout.

Must win fight for Lopez indeed, I seldom bet via knockout on boxing but in this one I will be rooting for Lopez via knockout as this is what i think will be the outcome because Lopez wanted to show to the boxing community that he is the real deal and Top Rank likes him being a knockout artist so for sure Campa is cherry-picked opponent for him to look good in his comeback fight.

It will really be beneficial for Lopez to win and win this fight by a knockout. Top Rank did a good job is finding a boxer that suit Lopez style, brawler, puncher and knock out power, against a fighter like Campa who majority of us are not even familiar with him. So a cherry-picked opponent to make Lopez look very serious and could be a contender in 140 lbs at the Super Lightweight/Jr. Welterweight division.

That's probably it, he choose a fighter that are willing to give a toe to toe fight on Lopez, so for sure, at the start of the first round, we will already see some good action like Lopez fight against Kambosos, but hopefully this time he will succeed to win.

The odds though doesn't change, Campa is still almost 9:1 underdog, just thinking it will not hurt if we throw some money on the underdog?
It's up to you, $2-$5 is still make sense.

Yup why not. But it's better if we are not going to lose money here.

Honestly I don't think Campa might pull an upset because he only fought an amateur boxers and this fight is the first for Campa on US as he only fought on his home e.g. Mexico. If the crowd will make him insecure and can't show all of his performance, he will be in trouble to face Lopez. Lopez is a skillful boxer and he's already cherry pick his opponent, he must win this fight.
