With Campa, he needs to wok things out and make sure that he will win else, his career will be going down and a possibility that
he will be forgotten.

Campa is not an extra ordinary boxer that is why he is fated with Teofimo Lopez in this stage of his career, if he lose this one then i think he will be just another boxer who are just cherry picked for the young prospects to look good in the ring, this fight included.

Looking at the weigh-in, Lopez was so comfortable and got no problem with the scale, good sign for him as that would erase the doubt that he have trouble making the weight if he loses which i think is a slim possibility.

The fight will be tomorrow in our time zone but still no other options on how to bet on this fight, this is weird because Lopez is a big name, how can bookies missed this one.

But I see others predicting that Teo will win by KO so let's see if he can do that. Yes, he is very much capable, but we will see if he will be affected by ring rust. He has been out for more than a year if I'm not mistaken, then go up to 140 lbs. So it might be a very different and rejuvenated Teofimo Lopez that we might see in this fight.

On their weigh in I see a different Lopez not the angry and very eager Lopez during the weigh-in in his last fight, he is calmer but determination is there there are no thrash talks between him and Campa, it looks like Teofimo is on a mission to take over the Jr. Welterweight this is going to be a very exciting match to see, Lopez has no excuse to lose now its a must win for him.

That's good, Lopez is more focused now, maybe he learned a lot from his past mistakes and he won't let that happen again. He was too emotional the last time he fought, he think of knocking out Kambosos early that's why he lost his focus on the game plan he has to follow.

Learning from that regretful mistake that take his stardom away from him, he needed to be more focus and play with the system. It really happened inside the ring. You take the trainings and the game plan, but when you are already in front of your opponents; you overlook the capabilities of the other fighters and start making mistakes.

With Campa, he needs to wok things out and make sure that he will win else, his career will be going down and a possibility that
he will be forgotten.

Campa has nothing to lose and everything to gain here, as we have said, we never heard of him before and almost all of his fights are in Mexico. So if ever he defeated Lopez then his name will be in the radar and maybe given a crack on the belt in this next fight.

On the other hand, Lopez biggest opponent is not Campa but himself. It's a bitter lost the last time against Kambosos and even admitted that he has mental issues after that. So we will see if he has remove himself from that past already, or still a ghost that haunt him against Campa (specially if Campa had some moments).

I am hoping Teo will lose this fight. But any champions would love to fight either Teo or Garcia because of money. But for the meantime there is only 1 champion in the division, the former undisputed Josh Taylor is giving up his belts in favor of moving up to welterweight.

There's no way Teo would lose this fight, it's his comeback fight after a big lose, so he will never do the same mistake again, in fact, I'm seeing the opposite, Teo will win via KO and that would hype his new in this new division.

As per the odds it's seems the value bet on him, not sure if he can still live up to the hype though.

But I see others predicting that Teo will win by KO so let's see if he can do that. Yes, he is very much capable, but we will see if he will be affected by ring rust. The fight will be tomorrow but the odds are still not available in my bookie, I mean the complete odds or market.

As of now, only the moneyline odds are available, @12 for Campa, that's probably not gonna win, but no way I would put my bet on Teo with 1.03.

This is discouraging to bet. You may be sure that Teo can possibly win the fight but because of the odds, you will not be interested. On desperate bettor would probably go for Campa instead all because of the winning he could get if an upset occur.

Matches like this seem not to make the sports trustworthy, there are other matches with the same outcome like the GGG vs Canelo which somehow  Canelo is the favorite.

So far the result of the poll we are all in favor of Lopez winning by knocking out Campa

Who will win this fight?
Lopez by decision   - 2 (12.5%)
Campa by decision   - 1 (6.3%)
Draw   - 0 (0%)
Lopez by KO/TKO   - 13 (81.3%)
Campa by KO/TKO   - 0 (0%)
Total Voters: 16

I hope this is not another Canelo - Bivol-like result where we are all taken by surprise by Bivol, I know Campa can pull up an upset it's really up to Lopez if he let this happens.

Winding down.
Lopez is really scary especially in this upcoming fight because he came from a loss fight against Kambosos and this one is his ticket to get back on track. I watched his previous fight and he is really incredible when it comes to finishing his opponent by knockout and I'm amazed by this one here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JL1x9i4AbWI&ab_channel=TopRankBoxing

though the fight is just short, it's good for his opponent to end up that way because he will be in huge danger if he fought Lopez for long. Lopez punches are just hard to take, the explosiveness and the power are just way too much for this guy.

I have no doubt as well on his capabilities because he have that one punch knock out on his arsenal and there's still a lot of room for him to improve and sharpen the skills he had but part of the reason why he lost to Kambosos was that he was getting overconfident that he can defeat the latter, also, he came unprepared for the fight too.

This time, he got to come prepared because this is a different division and this will be his debut. Defeating Campa by a way of KO/TKO will send a pretty message that he's back.

You can never guarantee a win, although Campa is a big underdog but he has the power to KO Lopez for sure. However, if his is indeed a cherry pick by his promoter, then we can say that the past wins of Campa has lack of quality compared to the past wins of Lopez.

Teo is Oscar's back up plan if ever the Davis vs Garcia is not going to happen. Teo though said that everyone is calling him, but when he laid out everything, this fighters try to price them out.
Teo got a point though. Especially Ryan Garcia and Tank Davis are just cherry-picking their opponents exploiting their popularity. I don't even think Oscar is seriously matching his baby Ryan Garcia against Teo. Unless Teo will look weak in his upcoming fight. And then Teo will not accept the offer if they aren't impressive against Campa. This is all about exploitation but nobody gives up because they both think they are the A-side.

There is so much publicity and hype on the big quartet Haney, Teofimo, Tank, and KingRy. Are they bigger than championship belts? Although Haney and Teofimo are well accomplished already. Tank became a legit champion but only at super-featherweight yet he is probably the biggest name of the 4. KingRy is the least when it comes to accomplishments but he is the 2nd most popular or who knows maybe he is even more popular and marketable than Tank.

True, it's probably the hype though, Garcia, Davis and Lopez are the big name in terms of marketability. Although Haney is the champion, he doesn't have that marketable because of his style. But Ryan and Tank, they electrify the crowds with their knock out wins.
Poor Haney. The most accomplished of the quartet but probably the least popular. It looks like Haney without a belt is useless in the eyes of Teo, Tank, and KingRy. Cheesy But I have to admit though that Haney is boring to watch.

And now Oscar De La Hoya of Golden Boy Promotions is hyping his fighter Ryan Garcia who is also moving up in weight the same as Lopez. De La Hoya mentioned that Tank Davis and his team aren't serious about fighting KingRy since they get no replies. So now De La Hoya shifted on Teofimo and said that he will be watching Teofimo's upcoming fight.

That would be a great match, but first, Teo has to beat Campa impressively so the hype will continue and they will have a big fight although it's not a championship fight since both are moving up in weight. Maybe the winner of that fight will challenge the current champion.

Ok here is the press conference leading up to the fight:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZlb_dIyIWE

The usual, both fighters are very confident on themselves that they are going to win the fight.

Going to be interesting the undercard of Xander Zayas vs Elias Espadas for the Junior Middleweight.

Thanks, almost forgot that this fight will be this Sunday in my timezone. Again, I will be waiting for a free streaming link here, who knows someone would give a link that we could watch this fight for free. I'm expecting Lopez will win here as I'm sure he won't waste this opportunity to come back.

I think this is still going to be an entertaining fight, and the supporting fight, Xander seems to be exciting 19 year old prospect from Puerto Rico, could be the next big super star.

Campa though seems not to be intimidated by Lopez's stature, that's good, at least he will fight it out without any pressure whatsoever. Going to be big for Lopez if is he going to win by knock out again, and make a big comeback after that disaster from Kambosos last time.

I'm not so interested with the undercards though, I just want to watch the main event and I like to see if Lopez still has that killer instinct to KO his opponent. It should not be hard for him since Campa will surely go for a toe to toe fight since that's his style.

I'm not familiar with Xander as well, but very young at 19 years old and already in the undercard and being promoted by Top Rank, might be good to see how this kid is going to perform and who knows, maybe he will become someone in the future, so it's good to see how they started.

But I agree that we all wanted to see how Lopez is, after that big lost to Kambosos, if he still has it from him or if he still mentally to fight and that his previous lost is behind him already.

Yeah, I hope someone will share some links as well, otherwise it will be the old way, looking for someone from Facebook to share but the bad part is that when it is about to show the main fight, the share stream will be cut.

Same here, as much as we give Campa a chance to win, I think Lopez will not make this one slip away from him. This is his comeback fight and that's why they cherry pick Campa for good reasons. Expect him to win and dominate and maybe score a early knock down.
