umm. they did not 'scam' anyone. most if their shit is seized by fbi. they are in the dark and are trying to make things work (trying to keep angry traders calm). thats normal reaction from them. what do you expect they do?

I wonder how much was at risk of FBI seizure. I imagine their Mongolian-held funds are fine, but who knows how much was at risk.
