Just did some calculations and it looks like back dividends are something close to:
0.00034120 per Mining or Purchase
0.00200077 per Selling or Purchase
As of October 25th there were 163054 "Effective Units" outstanding. That means DMS is about 382 BTC behind on dividend payments.

What is stopping further investigation of Deprived?

Agree. The best bet of deprived is that the BTC price never rise to a level that the value of lost BTC becomes large enough to hire lawyers and detectives. If I were him, I would pay the debt when it is still affordable.

BTW, I've asked there about deprived and they (the CipherTrade guys) said that deprived has never contacted them these days at all. (EDIT: added 'these days' to avoid misleading. They admitted that they have close contacts before deprived played disappearing.)

I own some Ciphermine.B1 not associated with DMS. From March 2014 until now the dividends for B1 has added 5.8 BTC to the balance.
Ciphermine has paid 0.00022400 per share since March 22nd, 2014.
According to message 1555 the group owned 260BTC of Ciphermine with a face of 0.01 for 26,000 bonds. My last purchase for Ciphermine was at 0.0098 per bond so a 0.01 face is a realistic valuation.
October 7th, 2013 was the last effective date for BTC-TC, so we are at 8 months and counting.

I believe that that's correct - https://blockchain.info/address/1CzJY7pVkCqDjUtycHzFgeTTbbWokqYuXo has 150.79576392 BTC balance.
