So my wallet's been unblocked after 2 months awaiting.. First ticket was written on 18th of february and today (11.04 )i've got my wallet unblocked. So here is some help to anyone who meet the same problem. Use help service form for request and choose Bitmain's Product or Service - "A52 BTC.com" and Ticket type "H1-Complain". After i wrote there twice they've started reacting to my tickets..

How did you unlock it? Did support help ? My wallet is still disabled.

He unlocked it by contacting support but it took so much time like he explained (20 days) . It's your only hope anyway, there is no workaround.

Unlocked! Just do not mess with the BTC wallet. Terrible technical support does not respond after 20 days! If the answer asks the same repeated questions. Good luck to all.

OP no longer works for BTC.com so he's probably not monitoring this thread.

I've had a ticket open for nearly three weeks over another prob, BCH not showing up in wallet after using the splitting tool they provided, it was a very small amount so it's no big deal, they did acknowledge the ticket saying "Our offices will be closed from 4 February to 10 February in observance of the Chinese New Year. Responses to your inquiries may be delayed as a result"

I know someone else who had the same problem as me and as far as I know, they've had no response to their ticket yet either.

A lot of people had this problem during the last few months but they got solved. If you have the necessary documents, just wait for the support response. I doubt you will get anything here because OP didn't connect for two weeks.

Hello! encrypted phrase does not work. There are two files with phrases. not one does not work. during password recovery. You should've used a hardware wallet with that large amount. I suggest buying one as soon as you get your funds back.

I've seen people with similar issues to yours before and sometimes unresponsive support exactly like in your case but If you check the last pages of this thread, they always get replies.

Instead of calling them scammers (I'm not affiliated with them) try to be a little bit more patient and see how it goes.
