Neo is like an Eos which is increasing now in very convincing way so I suppose that Nei is worth to be bought here, It could reach good indexes later.
I think NEO was and remains a great option to add to any portfolio, though it's value has dropped considerably, most of the people that invested in it are actually holding it no matter what, but if you aim to invest in it right now it could be more suited for daily trading as it is fluctuating a lot lately.
