Please all my MCAP's withdrawls has failed and back to my account how can i withdraw them beffore january 20

All my withdraws - XVG and others has failed also for the past two days and nobody do nothing.

What's going on with this exchange!
Can we get our funds before this very professional vacation ?!

It's more than 24 hours I try to withdraw my XVG to different addresses, I tried so many I forgot now... not only several attempts... dozen and dozen. Everytime the same failure message after the confirmation email, then the funds return on my wallet on C-CEX. I waited 24 hours hoping it was a temporary issue, but it's not...
And then after so many problems you go to holidays in 2 days... bah

Something is very wrong with this exchange now and I am very angry with them because I have withdrawn some coins to my wallet  and I was logged out of my C-cex account and now when I try to log back in it says user not found. What the hell is going on here. I just want my coins!

I click on lost password to get a new password. Well guess what I did that again and no new password has been sent to my email so stop playing games here and give me my coins and fix my account please!

When I withdraw ZNY today, after i clicked withdraw confirmation link in email..my balance lost and no record found in history. I have created ticket 532064... please help to check. Please resolve my problem by December 19, before long vacation.

Hi team

My ticket number 511173

I am waiting for more than 2weeks to withdraw my funds.. it is very frustrating and no one is reviewing the tickets, except for that automatic reply.

Can anyone from CEX team look at my ticket or at least give a reasonable explanation why two of my transactions are pending since start of December?

Anyone has good experience with this exchange?

They say they go on vacation beginning at dec 20. I would not be surprised if they leave forever, still trying to get my money out of it.
I will post here if it ever works...
