I know that C-CEX on holidays, but I need to make a withdrawal of all my coins ASAP. I can't create a ticket, because support window doesn't work too. Is there a way to make a withdrawal?

@C-CEX YOU CAN SEE 3 PEOPLE IN THE LAST PAGE COMPLAINING ABOUT LOCKED OUT DISABLED ACCOUNTS. WILL YOU DO SOMETHING OR SHOULD WE GO DIRECTLY TO THE POLICE?

I must say, eventhough I dont like smaller exchanges, because there is always risk involved when using them, that I so far made good experiences with c-cex. Hope that this experience will continue.
Then they must have made a mistake with you, cuz that seems to be the extremely rare exception.

I do see the email or message that you recently changed up your password on your c-cex account. Im not sure that they do have that security feature where they do have pending withdrawals once you have changed password of the account because most exchange i do encounter they do really froze it out but the thing confuses me is that you do able to get the confirmation link of such withdrawal.
Reaching them thru support would take time since they are on now on limited service due to summer vacation. Basing on this post this might be the main reason of pending

We will: provide trading service, API trading service, C-CEX codes creation and redeeming, fiat deposits and withdrawals.
We will not: provide all cryptocoin and tokens deposits and withdrawals, support ticket service.
If you need your cryptocurrency to trade here or elsewhere during "limited service" period - please, deposit or withdraw it before vacation start date. Please, do not send any deposits during "limited service" period as they will not be posted to balances.
We will resume normal service after August, 31. We may resume normal service earlier. We may serve tickets during vacation period but we do not take obligation to do that.

Has anyone been able to whitdraw btc or other alts in the last 24 hours? i want to be sure i can withdraw something thats been working and not get stuck in this limited mode thing.

How can I withdraw my Linda coin which I bought from c-cex? I need to buy some Linda for my business but now I'm stuck in this site. Very disappointed.
Be extremely careful when you withraw linda because I lost my linda coins when I tried to withraw from C-CEX to Cryptopia. Try to withraw very little first and if it's ok than the rest.
