Good to you, you worked already too hard to pay your users back after you stole the XVG coins.

I'm grateful that you finally managed to execute the long awaited UNY=>DIG swap on may 17th, and also enabled DIG withdrawals for the token after a long ~6 month wait. Gives me some faith in C-CEX.
However all DIG withdrawals failed for everyone, because of a "Out of gas" error in every transaction. This error can be confirmed by looking at the blockchain info. Luckily that it simple to fix, the transaction fees just need to be set higher, from 0.00735 ETH to around 0.0140.
I don't care if you set the withdrawal fee to 100 or 1000 DIG, just make it happen so we can move our tokens freely. So far you've communicated that you're working on it, but it's been a week already, and in another week you're starting a 3 month vacation.
So, I'm asking you to inform us when will you've set the correct withdrawal fees and returned normal withdrawals for DIG? Will it happen today or tomorrow?
Get your funds out immediately.

Wow, I just learned today that C-CEX will disable your account after 6 months inactivity and give you no notice. Hope they enjoy the 30000 sats that I had left on the account. I obviously wasn't using this exchange very often and now will never use them again. I don't care what shitcoin they have listed that I think that I must have. I will just go without or hope the coin gets listed elsewhere. 
If you want your account reactivated - just make ticket and we will review it. We do not delete it once it expired. It is chance to get it back. Just make ticket and wait for our response.

For those, who wants to get your XVGCT refund at fair price. Please, ignore above lies. The only intention of those posters is to buy your XVGCT cheaper and then sell to us at higher price.
Just set your sell order at XVG market BTC price and wait - we will buy it using our earning. More trading volume we get - more earning we have - faster we buy.

I wasnt aware on that thing yet i havent use this exchange for almost a year but my account was still intact or i do able to logged in but the thing here is that the coins ive been holding are lost. I dont know where those coins do go but i suspect those are being delisted. The thing i can complain for this exchange is that their withdrawal fees.It didnt even go low or adjusted basing on the current tx on the network.They are still charging 0.002 on each withdrawal.Imagine how much is that on the current rate on btc to usd. I mean, that's the thing. They're a company. They claimed to have 'lost' the XVG wallet. So it's their fault. (whether you believe it or not) Even if this is actually the truth, they have the responsibility to fix it and help their customers. Not burden their customers with shenanigans, leaving them in uncertainty and the dark for half a year. Unacceptable.
