I really don't understand why my account disabled. I sent a ticket about this, c-cex replied as they activated but I'm still can't login.

has anyone contacted XVG(verge) if the coins went missing, lost, stolen, glitch. Verge should be able to trace the coins, if they were sent on the blockchain

For those, who worry about their XVG which we are in progress of refunding. Here is our initial post (just to make sure everybody read it):

But here is how we are working out this very bad for us and our customers situation:

1. We created XVGCT token which you can trade but can't withdraw. All users who had XVG on their balance now have same amount of XVGCT.
2. We buy XVGCT with BTC every week (or more frequently) at market price.
3. Everybody are welcome to sell their XVGCT here: https://c-cex.com/?p=xvgct-btc
This method will help our customers to get their refund partially but faster if they set sell orders below XVG sell price. For those who can wait - they can set XVGCT sell orders at the BTC price equal to XVG price - and we will buy it in time.

if this is going to be taken seriously C-CEX needs to block buy orders... for scam refund token... and allow people to only sell the xvg they had at the time of the glitch.. ONCE.
what I can see happening is... they will buy and sell XVG between themselves... then c-cex will claim... the amount they have bought from the market is = to the amount they lost... therefore the refund has 'been completed'....
you stole our XVG .. then force swapped it with some refund token worth the price of doge... not XVG!!!!
and you dare say you have refunded people? it is a sick joke... you need to do an actual swap back... no less than 10% less than market price refund!!! not this bs joke of a lie to dodge legal action!

What they do is... the buying spikes happen in a pattern .. so you can set a higher sell order knowing it will be bought up... then when it drops again as nobody else should be buying... they buy it back cheaper.., then sell it again when "c-cex refunds/buys the refund token back" in a batch.... rinse and repeat.
you should really credit peoples accounts with bitcoin... 10% less than the price of XVG total.... the fact you are spinning this idea you are refunding people... ignoring you are paying 50 sat for something that was 4000 sat while you held it and went on a fuckin holiday over xmas trading... just shows how greedy you really are.

Exactly, C-CEX will never refund us at market price because they created millions of tokens and then allowed the buy orders. When the sell orders fallen to 10 sat I've bought 200 000 XVGCT more. So originally C-CEX had to refund me for 50 000 XVG and now he has to pay for 250 000 XVGT. And I bet lot of people did the same thing, so if he wanted to refund us... he would do it months ago.

C-CEX it’s quite impossible some people try to sell huge quantity of XVGCT for 50 Sat.. when the actual XVG market price is much more than 10X this price... it’s against all the economic laws of demand and offer..

As I can see sums don't add up. I calculated 6.23 BTC from volumes of spikes.

C-cex is a SCAM. Avoid this exchange like the plague.

One of our goals is to keep only coins needed for trading. We are changing delisting rules. We will not uncheck delisting mark automatically if coin gain enough daily volume after removal announce. This will stop speculations to keep coin here. Once announced - will be removed.
