C-Cex is not the first exchange that is out of order this time. Coinsmarkets.com is allegedly ddosed and transfer data to other servers and it does not work right now. Cryptopia.co.nz also stopped trading doge/ltc markets allegedly because of overwhelming new users.
Right. The fact that c-cex stopped new user registrations clearly indicates that their servers - just like any other coin market server currently - ran out of steam. What's disturbing is the lack of transparency. 'Holiday' is is such a lame excuse and utterly unnecessary, too. Everyone would understand and appreciate the truth.

Nobody scammed nobody. Don't be fool, they are just on holidays and alle the wallets in mainenance mode, like Verge, will return operative as they get back on the site. I think.
It's impossible for any legit company to go FULLY on a holiday for a WHOLE month (let alone in a 24/7 business).C-Cex is not the first exchange that is out of order this time. This is good to hear. Can you honestly vouch for the guy? I ask because I want to pick up some XBY at a major discount here but I'm afraid of the risk.

Not really. Soon after the announcement the website stopped working. I was trying to withdraw my coins for three days, 17th, 18th and 19th, only got server errors. And then on 20th, when withdraws were disabled, surprise, the website started working again.
Same thing the doge withdrawal was working but not for xvg but i understand what he means (and the announcement was not official only on twitter etc)

Not really. Soon after the announcement the website stopped working. I was trying to withdraw my coins for three days, 17th, 18th and 19th, only got server errors. And then on 20th, when withdraws were disabled, surprise, the website started working again.

Yes it's really strange but the website is working you can trade and withdraw in USD(my problem is i can't trade or wihtdraw xvg), and this exchange has always been like this (very bad management) so i don't know what to think we will see in 12 days...
