it can get banned easily. when the goverment of your country take down local exchanges you can't convert your btc to some real money. of course there is always backdoors but these are not easy to find or easy to dealing. Furthermore most of the people give up cryptocurrencies.

It can get officially banned. Like in Venezuela for example, it's illegal and with the recent announcement of launching their own petrocurrency, they might actually take actions against users.

Of course simply banning it is not enough. Aside from shutting down exchanges, they can also shut down mines.

After that, that real battle begins. People would no longer be able to legally use or even exchange bitcoins for fiat so they'll be doing it underground.

Can Bitcoin be ban?
Surely not,  and in this time  I don't think that there are some  categories  that can smash bitcoin. Moreover, there is a big evolution of bitcoin. And many  classes try to disable it ( Such as some goverments of some countries.)
And they always cannot do it.

Bitcoin can actually be banned, in the sense that the governments in question are not in control of it, being that it is decentralized. It can also not be banned when government find a way around it i.e when they eventually find a way to regulate it. But considering the fact that cyrptocurrency is a new innovation, and that the world is fast evolving, i believe governments would embrace the innovation of this currency.

If you mean its banned from country, yes it can by making a regulation about it
But banning it from everyone is impossible, people will find a way or another to use it and nothing can stop that

I don’t think so, bitcoin complies all the requirements of the law and follows all codes which gives them a juridical personality to operate; with this they have authority given by the government.
Having this title gives you confidence that you are doing all things right which no one can accuse you to ban.

Can Bitcoin be ban?

I think it can be because some countries already banned bitcoin like China. They banned bitcoin a few months ago, which I think was a huge mistake. Bitcoin is really good and convenient to have because it is not just profitable it is also convenient to use. It makes transactions easier and faster.

The chance to ban the bitcoin is very rare because countries have a larg benefit from bitcoin, People all over the world invest in bitcoin and other from all over the world work for them online so the workers get paid and thus an amount come to their countries from other countries which make the economy of the workers strong. Therefor there is no chance to ban bitcoin.

Can Bitcoin be ban?

Some countries implemented ban for Bitcoin however I am totally disagree. Bitcoin should not be banned because this is the future. Future for investments anytime and anywhere. You can pay your monthly bills without any hassle. It helps so many people to earn additional income to save for their future. Though there are disadvantages like security, but this can be resolved if the Government implemented rules and regulations for the safety of investors' money. Currently, millions of people are using Bitcoin for trading. So don't be afraid about ban.

For a big website such as this, it is next to impossible to ban it. Besides, the government also benefits from them so, don't expect it to happen.

I was thinking about one thing: If the government decides to ban the use of bitcoin, justice may require that every bitcoin website be removed from the air. I hope this does not happen. If it does, rulers can get complicated when the go try to re-elect (or support a candidate), but that depends on the electoral process of each country.

Can Bitcoin be ban?

There will always be some entities from the government who will try to ban Bitcoin from its country but based from what I've seen in the past, it is quite impossible for them to do it. People will still find ways to do it one way or another. And the government can't stop them in doing so. What they are currently doing now is to put some regulation into it and limit the use of it in their respective areas. They are just scared that the "money" that they are introducing to people around the world will lose its value against BTC.

Can Bitcoin be ban?
Thinking about it legally yes it can be banned merely by passing any legislature in the country regarding its ban. But how much people would be affected by such ban? Around 50% of people use this currency to evade govt. Taxes and orders. Such bans would be useless for them. It may give a setback to bitcoin but might no affect it in long term.

I think it can, depending on government policy in each country respectively. if the state has banned bitcoin, inevitably the people must comply with the policy that violates would be subject to sanctions.

Yes, but not necessarily be banned from users who loves crypto currencies. Bitcoin has gained a lot of respect from the community and I think maybe it will be banned by the government, but users will not stop from using it.

Government can be able to ban the bitcoin but they cannot be controlled by the any government or corporate or whales. There are some countries already banned the bitcoin but still does not even do anything to bitcoin or bitcoin users.
You have to understand why government goes to stop using the bitcoin. Actually if bitcoin be widely spreaded and used by every person then automatically usage of banks will be does not necessary to us. All the transactions will be happen between sender and receiver only.

I do not believe they are able to ban the network. But in the long-term they may find ways to disallow the use by this mean allowing other authorities, centralized way of distributing other cryptocurrencies.

it's an parallel economy now and if anyone tries or think of banning this now it's a bit too late to tame better to mend the rules and regulation to acknowledge it's existence and value it.
