Choose wrong wallet Huh

I think, wallet is not something to make you get a loss.
Wallet just place to you to safe your coin.

hmm personally, I only trust the sites that are listed on bitcoin.org, for the alts that I'm usually doing trade and I don't do much hodl of alts, I keep them in an exchange or in myetherwallet, I know they are not very reliable either, but as I don't handle such large amounts, I wouldn't mind losing them.

that's still good and worth trying but still prefer to use MEW because it's free and safe, as long as we want to keep it safe if there are bounty progam I want to follow and require me wearing a special wallet, I will use a wallet other than MEW

Hi everyone, I found a service announcement of new wallet platform few days ago in our forum.
Their introduction and vision stated in the post seems to be great and it also attracts me a lot.
However, I still wonder whether I can trust that new wallet.
Can I lose my coins by choosing wrong wallet or they can never stole any coin because they just provide wallet service only?

Please help me if you have experience in this field. Thank you.
This is the link to the wallet that I mentioned: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.41338130
I think Yes can, there is now fake wallets closed , and if you send the they go on someone else's balance, I would recommend enjoy the already proven wallets!

Why do not you use MEW? It holds most types of tokens. I often do not believe in projects that require the creation of their wallets, or projects that have to download their wallet.
Etherum, wave, stellar or NEO are best then why they are not used? Ask such a question and think about it yourself.

Yes, you can loss if you put some of your funds or coins in there, and if that wallet are not verified as use to be, then I guess it was a scam wallet.

It is heavy to tell as far as this purse is safe. Time is necessary that it was checked by masters and have drawn the conclusion. Well and of course, that other users have checked too as he works.

Well, if you choose a purse which is time-tested then I think the chance that you will lose money equal 0 , of course if you are going to Shine your data to other people

Online wallets are not secure. But local or hardware quality of normal protection, sufficient to store large amounts.

of course, if you enter the wrong wallet including typing in your website wallet address. then you can be exposed to phishing sites. You can lose all your assets.

A good platform for storing tokens is very important. So you are not easily interested in new platform services that might give you convenience. And you have to be more careful in determining your platform. When you enter the platform, you must receive the private key. And you must save the private key correctly.

There are now plenty of platform options to hold your coin, and you can manage them visually with great ease with your smartphone. I now know the following wallet app, Houbi Wallet, Ginco are certified applications of prestige

Of course, choosing a wallet to store your tokens is an important aspect, since you need to choose only those with a good level of baseness, you need to know that when registering a wallet, you will be given a special key from the wallet that you cannot transfer

Better first check the reputation of the people behind that wallet, I have lost funds on the wallet because of the security issue and better use desktop wallet if you cannot afford a hardwallet, it all goes down to the security and the people running the project and of course the source code if it is clean.

yes of course you can, lots of cases are exposed to phishing links or cheated with fake wallets, these fake wallets are almost the same as fake wallets so they cheat people and finally make them trapped there and will lose the coins you have. so it's better you can be careful when choosing and accessing your wallet.

If youre using an online wallet, always make sure its a reputable wallet. Some online wallets may take your information like your private keys or have weak security systems that allow hackers to gain access easily. If you wanna not risk any of your coins being stolen, the best place would be an offline wallet with extra security features like a confirmation button.

Okay, in this space wallets are the main thing. Doesn't matter if you are trading or holding the main thing is storage. And there is lots of storage but I always prefer the wallets from the official sites. The exchange wallets are also good but they are very non-secure all the time. And if you deposit in a not so popular wallet maybe you will lost your coins. Cause a scam wallet always lock your coins after some time. Sometimes they took a lots of charge for transfer. So first do some research about that wallet then deposit.

Yes, we will lose our coins or token when it is wrong to send other wallets when transferring. But when we try to send coins or tokens of different platforms will fail sent. For example try to send ERC20 token to Wallet based on EOS, Wave or Neo will not. Because I've experienced alone and we should swap first to be transferred.
