If you don't click on phishing sites then you have nothing to worry about. You won't get hacked unless your private keys are hacked. Make sure all your keys are hacked and consider storing it in a cold wallet.

Hacks are unlikely but there's been recent reports of phishing and redirects. So, users must exercise due diligence.
Phishing sites, loss of key. Do not be naive! Yesterday's attack on wallets is not an example of myetherwallet's vulnerability? After a small loss yesterday, I will use a purse for transit between exchanges. obtaining tokens and storing low-value tokens. Other tokens and Ethers may be on the stock exchanges. It seems so safer for me.

Well, your purse can be cracked, but not because of myetherwalle: the website is completely safe, but if you don't take a security measure on the computer, or you will enter the phishing website, of course, you will lose all the money.
Many people accuse myetherwallet of loss of money, but if you check the stories in 100% of cases, it was their fault.

I do not think This wallet can be hacked! This is a very serious technology. I think that your data can be stolen only by your mistake, try always to check where you enter your data!

Simply do not need saguy stuff to install, and climb on bad sites, regularly update antivirus, and open your eyes three times to check the website on which you enter the password. It is a virus in the user's browser, a malicious add-on or some shit, in the startup with the browser and when you enter the desired address will redirect to a fraudulent site. Be careful.

Yes. Myetherwallet.com can be hacked even after taking all those precautionary measures. I'd suggest you make use of metamask if you can't make use of a trezor or ledger wallet. Saving your private keys in a USB flash drive won't help. Accidents can happen and contents of your USB flash drive gets copied without your knowledge when inserted into some PCs.

It can be hacked if an attacker uses brute force. It can be hacked if you're victim to a phishing attack - so never click on links you're not sure of - that's on the internet as well as any link(s) in emails, text messages, etc. If you're unsure it it's legitimate - double check with that person.

Myrtherwallet is good opportunity for future saving. People hold the coin and token for future invest. It safe for hold the coin and token long rime. No one can hack the myrtherwallet. If hold the long time. You get more profit. It good for all country people future growth.

Yes, it can. The most common way of hacking user accounts is the banal substitution of letters in the domain name. Scammers simply add an extra "t" or "l" to the site name, so users do not notice the difference and trustingly follow links from "reliable" search engines. Another way of hacking is designed for more attentive users. Hackers launch a clever algorithm of interaction with the crypto-currency community. As in the case of the dispatch ostensibly from the administration of MyEtherWallet, where the representatives of the service warn about the upcoming hard-core and strongly recommend to follow the link in the letter and check the balance. After that, scammers devastate your wallet.

Everything can be hacked easily when user don't know how to protect his goods. Just understand that nobody will try to hack you if they don't know about your money. Wink

This wallet can be hacked, but since you have taken all precautions, it will be very difficult to do so. I think your wallet is safe.

Hi, i have backupped my pvkeys on an usb stick. I wrote it also down on a piece of paper. My computer broke. I put a metal pin through the harddrives. I will not buy a new pc soon. So i wont check in on myetherwallet for some time. I cant click on phishing links. My question is : are my funds safe? Can myetherwallet get hacked? Can my funds dissapear even when i have no computer, hid my keys? Im to stupid to work with a ledger or trezor. Can something happen to it like with the parity/kill?
myetherwallet can be attacked by highly qualified hackers. Previously, a lot of my friends were stole token on myetherwallet. Since then I've switched over to using metamask

Just keep your key and borrow a phone with a network connection for daily checks. MEW thought it was safe because it was growing early and people were convinced it should not be a problem.

Every wallet can be hacked, I do not believe even in hard wallets. So we just need to put up with this risk.

i have not heard any case about that. what you have do is very secured and will never been hacked or scam by someone. because the only thing that can access to your private keys is you and you are not placing it internet. having a usb wallet is very secured. so that this is very recommended by anyone.

If you do not make mistakes yourself and do not go through the phishing links, then it's impossible to be hacked.
