Most likely, this is fraud. Airdrops, which offers you free tokens, leads to free support from many people who believed that they would be provided with the promised coins by a team that dined in airdrop. After all, after the ICO dines, they will slowly disappear in the radar, or they will make absurd excuses about the distribution.

giving your data and doing the task can be called a scam.
A promise payment should be done once you did the job,
It is not always a matter for money.
time is important and it can be a scam.

Hi everybody,
Lately I am reading a lot of posts asking: is this airdrop a scam? Is that free ICO a scam?
So I am wondering how can something that doesn't cost you a penny be a scam. Sure, they get your email adress and maybe a ETH Adress, but how can you  really be scamed with only this informations? I am not talking about airdrops that require kyc registration, that for sure can be dangerous.
Cheers,
yes, most of the airdrops are scam, they are just wasting your time, inviting you to become part of their community and promise you to receive a free token after you follow the procedures, but in the end you wont receive anything from them.

It is already considered as a scam because airdrop today is like a bounty campaign already that you need to do a certain task like joining Telegram, Linkden, Facebook share and Twitter which consume so much time and get nothing from it.

It is scam because they offer you free coins or tokens for signing up and sometimes tweets (airdrop tasks) but finally you dont receive anything, because it was only for collecting data. So this is lie from the start, they can also steal your tokens If you have them a lot.

It was not only for collecting data, but for free marketing as well. Airdrop hunters seem to do so little for a project, but in reality they make th biggest part of followers count, which really helps impress the potential investors.

I also believe that we get coins in airdrops not for free. After all, to get a reward, we have to spend a lot of time and energy. In addition, not every airdrop can give the right reward, the number of scammers in the crypto market today is too large.

Today we have to admit that practically all airdrops are scammers. I have already collected a lot of coins and rewards from them, but their prices are very low. As a result, I spent a lot of time and effort, but the amount of remuneration remains very small.

Yes, it can be considered fraud. After all, in order to receive a reward in this case, we have to waste our time and energy. And time today is very important. Why should I waste my time? I'd rather then look for a more reliable project that will give me the right rewards.

even free things require your effort to obtain said rewards. anythings consume your time, energy or information, not only money but without rewards is free works for them, with no promise rewards given, it can consider a scam. Just becareful, you never know what others can do with it.

Big possibility that free items might be a scam, however to be fair to the legit airdrops we cannot assume all free airdrops are scam. Whenever anything appear to be too good most probably it is a scam.

It seems to me in the current situation to participate in airdrops is stupid. The number of successful airdrops tends to zero, and the rest simply build up databases for spam. Now this crypto promotion method is going through hard times.

Not all of it are scam.
But you must be careful before join any project.
Free token without doing nothing can possibly becoming a scam.
Be aware of it.

the scam is not only talking about money only. a lot of things that can be taken when indeed it projects scam. or even this only as bait just to scam others by how to enliven the social media are there to make it look real.
Based in my experience, when there's a giveaway free token they are most a scam. So I think not all the time free given coin is not good and wasting time only. So if you encounter a free token don't waste your time for it, its better to participate in bounty campaign. Especially now that most of free coin are fraud, don't believe them they only a bait. So if I where you, you must be aware and able to distinguish those scam and those not.

If you look from the ideological point of view, nothing bad happens, but they steal from us not only money, but our time, which we spend on building teams, so I think we can call a scam.
And I will do it whoever told me.

Cheers,

When someone offers something free, and you do not have to do anything for it, there is always the possibility of fraud. We need to understand - with participation in bounty or airdrops, we do not get a coin for free. After all, we are doing a lot of work, we are wasting our time and energy.

No i am sure. Nothing can be free of scam, because scammers can copy any idea. And it will look not bad. Remember bitcoincash.
