I have the same problem for a 6 months now. Not only the pressure but everything is making impact on me. It is impossible to go forward when you dont get enough of sleep. I regularly sleep about 4-5 hours only.

Sleeping 4-5 hours is quite not so bad,but having a regular sleep helps well to have a good mode.I have experienced that having a problem to sleep,i drink milk and listen to a relaxing sound and it helps me.

Try to have exercise at the afternoon, aerobic one. Your sleep cycle will get better soon. And if the problem is too many thoughts before sleep you may consult to psychologist.

Sometimes i cant sleep too. Because the side effects of medication. I recommend to you get an advise to a doctor. To able to know the reason in your problem.

cant sleep because of most of the time you dont have a relax mind. If your mind relaxed you can sleep well.
