to my knowledge since I was 10 years old I always sleep 5 hours in each night so what are you worried about, do not you get bored of sleeping?

find a job and go work there. insomnia will disappear 100%
I agree, because we get tired and we need to take some rest so if our body is tired, of course we want to sleep early and I think if you have a lot of work to do, you will be able to get some rest everyday. Or maybe you can take some exercise every night before going to sleep, maybe 30 mins before going to sleep.

make yourself tired at the afternoon then start lying on your bed early. Also try blinking fast. It makes your eyes tired.

Crypto must be the reason  Grin  Cheesy. Just kidding. I also find t difficult to fall asleep early because of crypto. I have to check all the time the market and watch if there is any changes in the price and look also for a more in demand ones. Sometimes it is due to excitement, suspense and worry we feel that prevent us from sleeping.

It could be anxiety or bad habit before bedtime i suggest to settle your problem before go to sleep, second instead of drinking coffee, softdrinks or anything that contains caffeine try to drink milk and lastly turn off the lights, it tells to your brain that your going to sleep.

Same here😩 its because i am now 4 months pregnant. So making sleep is getting harder every week. But i know tthis is just a sacrifice that is worth of my sleepless nights☺️

Maybe you are right. Because i am thinking a lot about my work,plans etc. Maybe it is better to sleep with listening music to avoid thinking.

Hi guys! I also have this problem. I cant sleep more than 5-6 hours a day. And ı usually wake up during sleep:( and when i wake up in tbe morning i get headache for 1-2 hours. Why is it happening to me? Could it be because of smoking?

If you cant sleep, there are some factors affecting your health.

Avoid drinking water before sleep, avoid gadgets before sleep. Avoid eating a lot.

Do some meditation and relax. Just like listening in music or sound effects like raining, calm beach etc ... You can dowload an app for that.

If you experience severe cases you must visit to a doctor for professional advise.

I'm currently sleep deprived because I couldn't sleep. I even tried to nap but just couldn't. There's not much you can do but go through your business in this state and wait for the next night.
