This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep Sad any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night . Huh my regular sleep 4-5am Sad

You need to drink beer for the night or take antideprosants

Stay away from harsh light, electronics included. Blue light disrupts your body clock, fooling your body thinking it was still daytime and is not time to sleep. Drink lots of water may also help.

I've had sleep problems for a long time, here are some things than have helped me :
-Turning off all screens at least 30mins-1hr before you go to bed
-Meditation can be good.
-Keeping your bedroom at a low temperature (18°C or something like that)
-Reading books
-Masturbating

I also had a problem sleeping with a lot of special tablets, but it was only a short-term help. My doctor advised me to do gymnastics every day before going to bed and this helps me. I fall asleep very quickly.

Change your sleeping position and try a better and a different position.

Try to read books about literatures then suddenly you will fall asleep.

maybe you are thinking too much or something is bothering you
try to solve your problems first so that you can sleep better at night

so my technique is that i close my eyes and i think of nothing
then after a while... i am already a sleep... try that

I think that because of silence, try to listent to music before sleep but without light in your room.

I advise you to smoke a joint because it relax yourself and than help you to sleep. It blow away your stress  Grin Wink

cause we can not sleep is a gadget or mobile phone, I think it is a bad cause until we can not sleep.

Dont use any of your gadgets. Just lie down and do not move for 15 minutes while you close your eyes. It is effective.
