As someone who is exposed to gambling and the casino ecosystem, I like to know if you would prefer to be a game owner or provider who has his game on different casinos or you prefer to be a casino owner who has different games featured on your casino?
Which of them do you think there will be more profit in?
Game owners and casinos owners works in hands with each others, because for game owners you must need a casino owners to list or add your games to their casino sites which enables you to earn some certain amount of money at once or Quarterly, depending on the whole arrangement with both parties. Usually becoming a casino owner as well a game providers profits more. However, casino owner is more better than becoming a game provider which you would also plead with casinos to get your games listed since more games are being launched and casino's are being selective based on the demands of players.

Just few weeks ago, a newly casino asked for the game to list and almost everyone on the topic requested to add sports book, meaning the casino operators works on the demand of their players or gamblers. they can't just get games listed without them seeing how frequents people asked for it, and if you are a game provider and casino owner do not request for your game to get listed meaning there will be low income as people do not need it at that moment, but casino operate still get profits from other games or sportsbook.

Being an owner doesn't mean that the I own the whole thing and that's why there are other coowners that will cooperate and work with me. I think that it's a better feeling to have partners work for the same goal and vision with the gambling company that we're building.
And that's what I think I wanna be if ever I have some reliable partners and they are also going to rely to whatever I can offer to reciprocate each other's efforts.

The obvious answer is obviously being a game provider to different casinos. With a good clientele, you are pretty much set for life. You can expand onto bigger places and much quicker too. In my opinion it would also be less stressful than being a casino owner. Having a casino would require you to overlook much more things compared to if you were just focusing on providing machines and/or instruments for the game but still giving enough profit. You would enjoy good profit if you manage to breakthrough a line of casinos.

There is always a better feeling when you own something and have control over it even though we know owning a casino comes with certain responsibilities and challenges like regulatory compliance and more and also owning a casino can be more complex, requires higher financing and has more disadvantages than owning a game hosted on different casinos but if successful will be more profitable in the long run IMO.

To answer your question I think I will prefer owning a game hosted on different casinos than being a casino owner because of the complexity of operating a casino.

Both are making money but if I have to choose between Casino owner or game owner I will definitely choose the game owner it simply because it is very hard for the new casino to thrive with big player like stake and another well player that are already in space for such a long time.

But it different if you choose as the game owner let alone pragmatic play i mean I believe everyone here knows these slot providers with their famous Zeus slot game. and the game provider like pragmatic has been used by many online casino all over the world can u imagine that how much profit the pragmatic earn

Being a game owner is easier than being a casino owner because it is not easy running a casino; you will have to deal with the legal huddles, the marketing and the responsibility of paying winnings as well as protecting people's funds. Another aspect that makes owning a casino very challenging is the stress of building the needed reputation and facing the competition that exist in the casino business. Instead of these difficult processes and despite the profits that can be raked in from running a casino, it is just easier being a game provided as the the requirements are less and the risk lower. Just develop a game that is fair and seen to be worth featuring in casinos and the job of marketing will be easier.

Of course, this is a hypothetical situation for me, but nevertheless, if there was a situation of such a choice, I would prefer to be the owner of the games. In my opinion, this is a more "calm" activity, where the probability of various conflict situations, problems with compliance with laws, etc. is much lower. As for the profitability of such a business, I think it is quite sufficient. It may not be as profitable as a casino, but there are much fewer risks.

It would depend on quality in both cases. If it would be the same - you will get more profit as a game owner. You can sell it to all casinos and get some stable profit from it and you don`t need any marketing expenses. You can just modify it time by time and that`s all. As casino owner you will have lots of expenses for stuff, marketing, buying games, equipment, etc. You have to attract gamblers to increase your profit. It would be really hard everyday work.

Both of them I have a desire because both are sources that can provide continuous income at any time as long as there are players playing at the casino.
From the casino I get income and from the game I can also receive money at any time.
I think everyone has hallucinations like me, not one but both. Maybe you are also one of those who want to have a casino and games that can be played at every casino.

There is no way an ordinary dev would profit from a business more than the business owner himself, owning a casino is a business, while being a client or developer is just a contract, you make money on the royalty or subscriptions on your game and nothing else, worse still if your game was purchased on a one-time purchase, then you earn once and the casino owner keeps profiting from your game on his platform.

The duty of the casino owner is to manage his workers and invest in marketing and drive more clients to the casino which you and I know that there are numerous gamblers and as little as an enticing welcome bonus can lure people into patronizing you and remaining loyal if your services are good and your website user friendly.

The casino owner is nowhere comparable in profits with the ordinary game developer and most times they are even employees of the casino, even if the game dev is a shareholder in the casino company, he doesn't even come close to profits compared to the casino owner.

If being a game owner means being the developer of a specific game then that is nothing different from a software developer having a full time job. The casino owner is a different business altogether and that is something that I would always wish to become because their job is a always profitable job.

Being the developer of the game, you have to be ready with bugs, exploits that people will try to use and be on your toes to fix them. But by being the owner of the casino, everyone will come and pay their money to you to fuel their addiction, less chances of being nagged all day. Although that does not mean that the job has no cons, you have to be a big face for the company, run the marketing and tide over the high rollers.

I prefer to be casino owner because that can produce me more money especially if I can have many members who play in my casinos. That will happen if I can promote my casino and become popular among the other casinos.

Becoming a game owner or provider is not easy because we must have skills to create the games and spends much time. But I don't know which will be more profit between both because I am not one of that.

between the two I feel like I'd be more interested in being a game developer, I like to gamble but I'd also like to make games that I find interesting, also, I feel like if your games are used in a lot of different casinos it could be more profitable than being a casino owner especially if the casino that has your games are popular and the games you make is also very popular and you are consistent with it.

I feel it’s going take lots of work to get your game to be at the top since you’re entering into a competitive market - unlike a casino which you can get people to enroll in by giving them decent bonus than their current casino was giving them getting people to leave their favorite game to start playing yours will need some extra time and work.

They both have disadvantages (like for the casino owner you’d need a huge capital) and advantages but personally if the funding is available I definitely would go with being a casino owner, and make sure I hire people who have experience and have some proof that they have been able to work with a casino that turned out good in the past.
yeah, it'll take a lot of work and be competitive to be at the top, that is how it works. As for the casino, it is easier said than done, having a huge capital doesn't guarantee success and having a decent bonus than the other casinos doesn't mean you'll attract gamblers and if it did attract gamblers it doesn't mean they'll be a regular player in the casino, just like how competitive it is in the game provider industry, operating a casino is also very competitive, there are a lot of casinos have established their name in the industry which is who are going to compete with.
The top means you have to manage with a lot of capital and overall you have to compete with other developers. For casinos to be gambler friendly you should stop manipulating just to win so that the chances of winning are balanced. Most casino developers try their best to make their profits which is responsible for most gamblers losing. To attract gamblers, there should be a bonus system from time to time and to provide long-term benefits there to keep them involved. I think that to operate a casino, it is better to test every level of quality and customer benefits than to be at the top.

For the development of the casino industry and to attract gamblers, both online and physical should be taken into account in any situation so that they can get the right quality service. It is important to keep a regular review of the cost increase for any product or casino promotion because you depend on the increase in income through the promotion of your services.

I'd choose to be one of those game providers, but in terms of profits, I assume the casino owners are way ahead because we've seen how casinos grow immensely and even branch out to other fields.

I remember back when the crash game became the trend and casinos would only need to pay once before adding the game to their site. It somewhat made me think game providers don't make as much even though there could be thousands of casino owners who are willing to pay for their games to be implemented in their casino.

I think it's obvious that we all dream to have some kind of business, it could be gambling related or not. So for me, I will prefer to be a casino owner as this is a big opportunity to make a lot of money. Of course like all business it has it's up and down, but I do think it the end you will get a lot of profits from being a casino owner. You can also be profitable as a game provider, creating a lot of new games and selling it to the casino owner themselves. But having your own casinos, it will create a lot of passive and the money flows are endless as like every minute, there are gambling playing online or offline or traditional land based.

And it's very rare for a casino to be bankrupt, the only way that it could go down is that as casino owner, you hire wrong people to manage your business. Or you yourself misgovern it or things that you can't control like what happen during the pandemic, for land base casino that close, they have incurred millions of losses everyday.

Both are profitable to be honest but if I just want to do no risk at all then I'd be a game provider or developer. The casino owners will have to buy my games and or give me some commission on how much the game have generated in profits.

I don't know how it goes for the most of them but I think, they simply buy the games and the game providers or owners will only be there to maintain it.

That's easier than maintaining the business through being the casino owner. It's too much stress to think of and that's why it's better to be just one game provider than owner. But boasting in profits, no doubt that the successful casino owners are on the line.

Maybe being an online casino owner is better for me. Because we already know how much money online casinos make from gamblers playing on their platform and all the games hosted on the casino. I just need to hire some people to operate it, pay for the license, and various other things, which I think is easier now with the help of consultants. The only challenge is in the capital and the number of similar competitors in the industry, so I have to be more agile in marketing and creating various events to attract gamblers to play on my platform - because this is a high-risk business, a miscalculation can make an owner lose big.

Becoming a casino owner will get more benefits than the game provider itself, casino owners fully control the many games in their casino and they get a share of the profits from the many games and they also don't need to bother creating games because they have created a place or site and also jobs for people who want to do business in that place, if I myself am better off being the owner because from what I have observed so far, casino owners are more profitable in the casino business.

Casino owner all the way.

There's a study way back a few years ago saying that the rate of bankruptcy in casinos is dwindling yearly, and one of the main reasons why they go bankrupt is the high expenses that even revenues can't cover it all. Nevertheless, I don't hear any news online about casinos going bankrupt at all. There might be some, but I believe it's only a few of them. Both of them are different, and at the end of the day, as long as there are many gamblers on the website, both the casino owner and the game provider will be profitable. Smiley

I wonder how much revenue these game providers does are getting on a yearly basis. Cheesy
