Game owner is more steady and you high likely will make money since most casinos depends on third party gaming providers.

While casino owner have a chance to become very big, but at the same time can go bankrupt. High risk, high reward.

If I can choose, I will choose to be game owner, it's fine for me to make money in steady way, as long as I can earn, I can invest a lot and grow my money. However game owner has a risk too, if you cheat or your games malfunction, the casino can sue you and you need to pay fine fees.
Game providers will not experience as many demands as casinos, even if for example it is a mistake from the game provider then users will always accuse the casino of cheating.

Indeed, game providers will be more stable in terms of profits, they can also develop more games, so the profits are even greater.

Actually both are equally profitable whether it's the casino owner or the provider, depending on how our own skills.
Because I rarely see a casino go bankrupt unless he steals and closes his own casino.

Self-observation then the casino owner is profitable because it is more widely recognized among the community to continue playing while their provider is only a game provider line and maybe the casino owner will pay a percentage to them.

Game providers then they must have a lot of slot games for example, if a little maybe this is less profitable.
But obviously we don't know in these statistics.

They don't necessarily need to have alot of games, they only need to have one popular game that the casinos can't do without having them on their platform like plinkos, Crash aviator and blackjack. Game provider profits depends on the popularity of their games IMO.

I think it's more of a choice depending on the amount of strengths that you have as a person. If you are a person who is somewhat creative and knows how to make people play your game, then the game owner is your choice. That would be a good and engaging approach to your creativity. For a casino owner, you should be in a great place or an online site with members coming to you, and you would need a lot of money to start it.

Suppose you have lots and lots of money, casino owner. If not, then the game provider would be a good start. That's one of the best ways to see it, in my opinion.

As someone who is exposed to gambling and the casino ecosystem, I like to know if you would prefer to be a game owner or provider who has his game on different casinos or you prefer to be a casino owner who has different games featured on your casino?
Which of them do you think there will be more profit in?

No one can give you a perfect answer for this, mate. You would expect a good answer only from the people who are actually into this profession or do this. From a neutral point of view, a casino owner will make more money. He will have a variety of options for the gamblers on his gambling site. He will always make some profit due to the house edge, irrespective of the game outcomes. On the other hand, a game provider only makes money when someone plays that particular game. But as I said, someone professional can give you a more prominent answer.

Game Owner? Like Rockstar and Sony? Roll Eyes

Building a game from scratch is not a joke, and we already have all kinds of games in gambling so you need an idea, the capital and importantly you need to sell them which is a lot harder so I would say just being casino owner is profitable as well as achievable and the only criteria to become a casino owner all you need is capital/money.

Ultimately, success in either area will depend on your business understanding, the quality of your product (whether a game or a casino experience), and your ability to scale and adapt to changing markets.

They are both good and can provide profit from what I can see, now, if the question is which of the two will earn more, in my opinion, of course, being a casino owner.
Because surely all the profit is yours or yours alone.

Even the game provider that enters your casino platform is still in your favor because we still have a profit from him, in short, with the casino owner, all the games you have a profit and while with the game owner, whatever game you hold, you only have a profit from that, of course, with other game providers, you have no profit from that.

Id rather to choose the casino owner because they are just having a partner wit the casino games and still there's a term on it, and the casino are the one who offers the services, such as the wallet, the exchange deposit and withdrawal, also the bonuses and events we are playing so if the casino offers a lot of entertainment and perks that the player would like to enjoy there's a chance the users will still play on their platform. The provider have their own games but does not offer the bonuses.

They are both profitable businesses. But I think those game owners will make huge amount of money. But there are some casinos that have their own games. But not all casinos but casinos that have high traffic, long in the business and having higher amount of money to run the business. They are both profitable businesses and this would be a matter of individual choice.

I see casino owner to be a more easy role. Despite you have to fight with million of other competitors, you have more instruments to promote, to be noticed
I think having to manage many different kinds of things actually makes it more difficult. You will be handling more employees of different types as well. I also think there is a much more needed of being physically present when you are a casino owner.

Being game owner is difficult. In todays world, come up with a new game idea, find investors, find proper people who will help your game to appear in casinos isnt easy. And to become a game owner isnt that hard after all. ~
but there are so few courses that will teach how to be a business shark.
You say that it’s not that hard but you also say it’s difficult? You don’t have to come up with a new game, you can just find a preexisting game and only elevate it. Plus being a casino owner would also require you to be a business shark.

Both are profitable, the game provider and the casino operator but the competition is very robust on both industries, and the company that can provide the best features and security will be stand out.
I prefer to be a game provider because this is the industry where the market is not saturated compared to a casino operator, where you need a massive amount of money for marketing, licensing, and constant updates on the platform, On a game provider, you just need to create unique games that gamblers will likely play.
Becoming a game provider is not easier than you think, you will also face stiff competition as you are not the only supplier in the market. Apart from the fact that you need to spend a lot of brainpower and time to be able to create a game that is attractive enough, you will also need a significant amount of money to market and convince casinos to accept your game. I don't think the casino will easily accept your game and cooperate with you if the game is not unique and attractive enough, the profit is not as expected...and creating a game that meets their standards is no small challenge.

So in my opinion, no industry is easier than another. The difference is that when we choose a career or a business field, we should choose according to our interests and abilities so that we can achieve better results.

If I have the skill, I would prefer to be the game provider owner because once my own provider is known and liked by many gamblers then many casinos will add my games in their casinos so I can make much profit from it.
Compared to casino owner, although the chance to make profit is great for a long term but there is also a risk of losing (can be due to some factors), such as getting hacked, huge win by players, bankrupt due to unable to survive in the competition of gambling industry or because of something else.
Because of this, I think becoming game provider owner is better although the chance to make profit is less than casino owner but the risk is less as well compared to casino owner.

There is always a better feeling when you own something and have control over it even though we know owning a casino comes with certain responsibilities and challenges like regulatory compliance and more and also owning a casino can be more complex, requires higher financing and has more disadvantages than owning a game hosted on different casinos but if successful will be more profitable in the long run IMO.

To answer your question I think I will prefer owning a game hosted on different casinos than being a casino owner because of the complexity of operating a casino.
Exactly. When you own something, you have full control over it. If you gain you take it all yourself, and if you lose its still yours to manage. But when someone is in charge or have control over the financial aspect of your life then they make the terms and conditions and when things go south for them they might decide to discharge you from the line. Without anyone further words on that, it is obvious that having a casino will be much better than being a game owner who gets paid by the casinos. Another thing about this game stuff is that there are competitors in the market. Only the best casino games are chosen by casinos. If a game is outdated they will run out of market for that period of time until they step up and get a game.

Why not both? Why not own the casino and design the games? Why not merge ownership with development? Profit is multiplied when you control the ecosystem. Profit is maximized when you manage house edge and creative design. The data is clear: better brand recognition, better synergy, better user retention. Technology also pushes this direction. Blockchain, AI, and real-time analytics expand potential in both fields. People demand novelty, demand fairness, demand speed. Controlling everything lets you innovate faster. You gather the players, you study the numbers, you set the rules. You can create automated algorithms that adjust odds, incorporate real-time updates, and keep your audience engaged. You can research spirituality angles and psychological triggers to refine the user experience. Owning the entire pipeline means stable revenue, stable user flow, stable brand identity. Why pick one approach if you can combine them for maximum impact?

I think being a casino owner is the right choice if you want to have a lot of money, where the owner can manage all the games available, because if the game provider does not have a place/space then the  game casino they have will not make money, be it an online or offline casino in my opinion

This is a simple question that only requires a simple answer. Of course, I would prefer to be a casino owner if I were capable of it. As for the games offered, whether developed by my own casino or provided by others, it’s not a big deal since the main purpose of running a casino is to offer competitive games that attract gamblers.

If I am capable of launching a game provider platform and a casino operator and I have a choice, its preferable to engage in an industry where the competition is not stiff and I need not spend huge money on marketing but only on the development of features. I prefer to be a game provider. The more casinos that use your games, the more money will come in. Casinos come and go, but game providers, if they have great games to offer, will stay for a long time.
