To solve this issue many exchanges and other service providers often start an advertising signature campaign to aware everyone on this forum.

Great to hear about these updates, OP. Yeah good to see the rates have improved for fiat to crypto and you may want to work on that more as that's really the entry point for most newcomers who won't ordinarily be able to get crypto any other way.

Your crypto to crypto rates aren't very far off what I can find in alternative sites so good on that.

You may want to update on how many confirmations needed before a deposit is reflected. Common question.

I can't say for Ricardo, it was along time ago. Now we have thousands satisfied Monero users, not even from Minergate. Many customers make really big 10-20 BTC transactions of buying Monero on Changelly. We don't store users deposits, just exchange them instantly. You may create BTC->XMR transaction and check our wallet address with more than 2300 BTC turnover. Payments are going everyday. Everything is transparent in blockchain. I hope this makes sense.

I suspect that exchange rate is because that's the Visa/Mastercard credit card rate, or simply the fiat to crypto rate, as I've just tried it and it shows the same massively bad rate.

However, if you check our the crypto to crypto rates, it's very competitive.

Let's see if OP can clarify.

Yesterday i made a transaction from XRP to NEM and by mistake i used your address instead of mine, this happened because on NEMS wallet app on the main page there was a transaction and an address i thought it was mine instead it was yours, yours because on the 17 Dec 2016, 18:32:58 (Transaction # fdbd0f7b673c) i exchanged 1LTC to NEM and that was the only transaction i had on my wallet, the address i used was NBLQ6P-E7Z5CV-ANJNXG-OR74UQ-LOJ2YM-GJJOZ4-YFAQ

What i did notice though is that after the recent discussion with your support team, they edited the transaction on changelly history, changing the receiver address to mine which is not correct as before it was set to yours, i do not want to shout out anything but i would like you to investigate the case. Please check the hash and you can see that my address is not there, this is not professional.

Of course, sometimes we have issues with your transactions - bloating blockchain, missed payment ID, too small amount for exchange, etc..
