Claymore. I love your miner. Only one thing driving me nuts - grey background when viewing the webpage of stats of the miner. We were talking about it. Function -color works, but no option is showing those rows as goog as standard option. In cmd window it look good - black background, pink or violet temperatures, but this temperature row on webpage on grey background is not readable.
Could you simply make the colors (just the background color to black) the SAME in remote webpage as it is in cmd window on win?
Thanks a lot!

@Claymore

Is it known we need to launch 2 times miner to apply frequencies and voltages on RX when using -cclock -mclock -cvddc and -mvddc on commande line ?
Thanks

I agree with WhyMe. I have same problem!

Hi,

I have a problem with a rig.
Yesterday I removed an older R9 card. Now there are only 4 x RX480s in the rig.
When I started the rig, it started-stoped-started-stoped-started but no screen, no beeps, nothing.
I removed all unnecessary things (so only cpu and mem is on the motherboard) and stil the same!
The mainboard is an Asrock btc pro.
CPU is an intel G1840
Ii tried a couple of different memory.
Power supply is an EVGA 1600 G2.

Any ideas?

regards,
eric
First I would reset the CMOS.

i 've tried that!
But no luck!!!
Ok next I would try getting the board to boot to the bios.........nothing connected like you did before, except this time try only one stick of mem you dam sure is good. Try it in each slot to see if you can get to the bios. Don't forget to disconnect the drive your OS is on.

I did all that.
just motherboard, CPU and 1 stick of good mem. (no HD, no GPU, no nothing...)
Still the same!

eric

tried with other ram.
Still nothing.
Next........I'd order a new mobo. There is a chance your cpu went bad, but the odds against that are pretty high. You could also double check each of the power cables and PSU.....but it is likely a mobo gone bad on you.

this is also possible yes...

Just disconnected and cleaned the motherboard and connected the PSU to the motherboard.
I got back in the bios!
Changed the bios a bit (disable sound)
And when rebooting, I get the same problem!!!

Huh

what gpu are you using? on board, or gpu in pcie?

I tried the on board gpu, an RX480 and an old nvidia.
All the same.

V9.4 gives a lot more stale shares compared to V9.3. Anyone else having this problem?

havent seen this answer yet, hoping for quick clarification.

I have 3 rx 480s and, newly acquired, for ethereum mining with Claymore's. I am trying to find a way to write bat files that lets me game on the top 2 480s while 24/7 mining with the 3rd card. Essentially I need crossfire to ignore the 3rd card so it can mine without screwing up my gaming. I am on windows 7 64-bit

When I'm not gaming ill mine with all 3 480s.

Is anyone able to help with this conundrum? Seems like it should be simple but I can't figure it out. Thanks in advance.
First page RTFM. You can turn on cards ON in your .bat OR you can turn cards on/off during mining. Either would work, but turning a card on/off would be simpler and prevent restarting Claymore.

Thanks a lot, i search everywhere in .txt files for option like that...

On ETH+DCR mode how much DCR you commonly receive in 1 day with DCR~291mh/s?

Claymore,
If you can add a few more things in Ethman, it would be very useful I will mention some that would mean a lot to me, I believe you have a lot more ideas:

- function to temporarily turn off the card, such as the launch of the card with the numbers 1,2,3 ... 9 (select all computers and perform a function)
- right click and turn off all the gpu, or turn on all gpu (for example, this would help to cool the room)
- right click and upload any file, .bat, .exe, .txt ...
- the ability to launch any file from that folder
- select all computers and perform a function (file upload, launch any file...)
- the ability to change the color of selected computers, not only the background and one color for all the computers, a different color for temperature (red 90+, orange 80+, yellow 70 + ...)
- sorting tabs and filter, a click on the tab "Runing time" computer sorts the descending order or ascending...
- ...

I think that such functions would mean a lot to everyone, it will help me a lot.
Thank you very much for your work.

Claymore,
can you add a small feature to Monitor, please: the time how long rig stays offline (red).
It will be very useful

Ok, it will be added in next update.

That would be great! Thanx!

372.54 worked perfectly for me, but I'm on win7, so might be that.

I thought on Win 7 there wouldn't be any hash rate issues at all.

Oh man...
Somehow I get the impression that it's running for 90% of the Win 10 users by now
and for some it "just" doesn't work. But there MUST be a reason!

edit:
- Used driver 368.81 (as proposed by Claymore's miner)  - still 3 Mh/s.
- Using the Cuda 6.5 version also didn't help
Download and make clean install of 347.53 driver and make sure you use cuda 6.5 version and download the nicehash miner and use in it folder nvp0state.exe , to put it in p0 state! Make sure to have a monitor plugged to the card! Enjoy 20mgh !

Wow! Indeed... I considered this hint outdated but with 347.52 I'm getting 16.5 MH/s now instead of 3 MH/s.
Why can others use newer drivers? Are they only working for Pascal cards?

Hello i'm trying to set clocks and voltages settings by claymore options:
this is a sample .bat file
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eu.alpereum.ch:4002 -ewal mywallet.clf-02 -asm 2 -di 0123456 -altnum 1 -tstop 85,85,85,85,85,85,85 -tt 65,65,65,65,65,65,65 -fanmin 60,60,60,60,60,60,60 -fanmax 100,100,100,100,100,100,100 -cclock 1126,1150,1150,1126,1126,1150,1150 -mclock 2050,2000,2000,2000,2000,2000,2000 -cvddc 950,950,950,950,900,950,950 -mvddc 950,950,950,950,950,950,950

this for example set mclock 2050 to clay gpu3
where i'm wrong
i'm monitoring all my gpu with gpuz. I have some problems with gpu index. Sometimes the correspondence between software index and claymore index changes so my settings will be set to different gpu.
Any idea
Thanks
anyone?
my setup win10 + claymore 9.4 + z170 chipset

If someone that has used both 9.3 and 9.4, can you compare both releases  Huh I've been using v9.3 and I'm looking forward to switch my rig to 9.4 if it is stable.

Thanks.

@Claymore:
Was wondering if there is a way to shut off all the output to the terminal except blue and green lines. aka speed and share found lines. I leave Afterburner up and running all the time so to monitor the stats on each card.    Thanks

Claymore,
There's a bug in the Monitor.  Rig profiles get screwed up when font is changed...at least I think that's what's doing it.  It blows away some of the rig sets.  Other times it doesn't save the window frame and set.   Buggy.
Can we get a fix soon?
Thx.

I need more info how to reproduce the issue. Step-by-step guide please. Also what Windows version?
