Issues/requests:

- The timestamp in the api call (and I think on your site) is not UTC but British time. Currently you are giving us UTC+1. For instance currently I have "last_share_at":"2011-07-28T19:00:14Z" but it's 18:00 GMT.

- I am looking forward to the promised idle miner notification.

- You really need an easy way to donate part of the reward to the pool. Maybe allow us to set a fixed percentage, or a little box on the site from which we can directly donate from our confirmed amount, without having to go through our wallet.

Keep up the good work and enjoy your vacation...

I did a manual payout today guys as the wallet was getting quite big. Anyone with a reward pending of over 0.25 will have received their balance.

There are plans for adding miner idle alerts but I am on holiday at the moment.

Ah, I'm glad you posted this. I was just about to come here and mention it. I was worried that something might have gone wrong. Thanks for keeping us informed! I'll never complain about getting my money early!  Tongue

I'd like to request a feature:

It would be nice if we could adjust the timezone for statistic output etc to our local timezone vs. GMT..

Please add a feature where I can give someone a high-five every time they find a block.  Seriously makes me do a little dance every time.

Seconded. One of those "useless, but fun anyway" features. So why the heck not? I mean, obviously important things first, but... frownyface has a point, why not share the excitement of the pool finding a block by congratulating the one who officially found it?

Please forgive my noobness, but I just signed up with the pool and am having trouble connecting. I'm running Phoenix via LinuxCoin, and it says "Failed to connect, retrying..." I assume it has something to do with using port 3000 because I've been able to connect to other pools via ports 8332 and 8337, but I could be totally wrong on that.

Anyone have any ideas about what I'm doing wrong? The command I'm entering is (with personal info redacted):

./phoenix.py -u http://[worker name]:[password]@mineco.in:3000 -k phatk DEVICE=0 BFI_INT WORKSIZE=128 AGGRESSION=9

Any help in getting this working would be greatly appreciated! TIA

Are we still doing N = 750,000 or has it changed since the last difficulty update?  The main web site for the pool says 750k at some points, and difficulty/2 at others.

We are doing 1/2 N so it's now more like 850k

which is the correct one?
Short answer: left frame of the site
Longer answer: The new Bits/difficulty introduced in block number 137088 is 1a09ec04, which once converted into human readable format is 1690895.803052. This is an increase of 8.18% over the previous difficulty of 1563027.996116 (set in block number 135072, which took 12.9 days to solve all 2016 blocks).

My stale rate currently is very high. Were there some changes recently? It was very low when I joined (few weeks ago).

Hi,

after last change in difficulty the one I see here http://bitcoincharts.com/bitcoin/ does not match with the one shown in the left frame of the site.

Code:
# Current rate: 130 GH/s
# Time: 0 days 06:50:50
# Total Shares: 801212
# Difficulty: 1690895
# Server Load: Low

which is the correct one?

Another 1 day + block so soon after the last one (Block 44) is really frustrating  Undecided

I'm just bitching about it in the hopes that complaining about it will make it go away  Cheesy
