I have been able to do a survey on customer care and I came to realize that many people left patronizing their regular vendors to another because of their customer service. This gave me an insight of a better management skills to look more into customer services as a priority so as to satisfy them properly because without them theirs no business and money  to run and maintain their services. So therefore, every casino should be able to look into their customer services or else they tend to loose more customers because nobody wants to waste his or her time waiting for customer service that is most responsive in time. What are you talking about actually? I couldn't find any scam accusation thread against Cloudbet in the recent days. OP got some neutral feedback for old accusations which was resolved with the help of forum members. Have you seen any valid scam accusation against Cloudbet in the recent days?

They may have suffered mainly through their own mistakes.But they blame different companies. I think scams without evidence should not be placed here. Strict action should be taken against those making false allegations.
