I also thought that I could access it again but because maybe it violated the existing rules, so I had to respect the available rules even though I had to lose some small money, it was purely my fault I also shouldn't have left my account let alone leave funds there, because maybe it will frozen in the future by the casino, so consider this a lesson for myself personally

May be such rules was created because there are a lof of users in casino and it is difficult to serve inactive accounts. May be because casino want that their users continue to play. But in all cases it is better to withdraw money from casino if you do not play in it.

It takes some time to activate your inactive account. Some times it takes a lot of time. I do not know about Cloudbet but it is a standart practice in all casino even if they have licences. They block accounts and then you have to wait unblocking. May be that is why people write here because they do not want to wait.
yes maybe it's a licensed cloudbet casino so they want all active users to play there so I don't make the problem come from my own fault, so like you said don't leave any funds on the casino site if you don't use it anymore, because we are right don't know the value of crypto in the next few years it could be what we leave today can be valuable in the future, always make any mistakes a lesson  Wink

Why it took you 3 years to start doing something towards getting your account back? This is none of my business thou, but usually when a person has sort of a problem, he tries to solve it as soon as possible. If you saw that no one is answering your emails, why it took you 3 years to try another way to solve your problem?

I took a look on your recent topic in scam accusation, and here is what I find strange: you have posted a screenshot, and base on it, it took less than 2 minutes for a support to figure out what is the reason for your account block. I mean, I find it amazing that it took so little time for support to find several years old case, get all the info and post an answer. By the UI, it looks like a GMAIL chat. You are contacting Cloudbet support via GMAIL ? Never seen someone having a talk with support via third party chat, and not directly on gambling page. Are you sure your screenshot isnt fake and you are not trying to cheat us ?  Angry

There are many reasons of such actions. May be account was not interesting to user and he forget about it.
But I agree when people have a problem he usually tries to solve it as soon as possible. And in all cases it is necessary first to solve all the problems directly to casino and only after that white about problems on bitcointalk. Especially about 3 years problems.

Terms of use was created that casino will be able to earn maximum profit.
Also term of use are necessary according the conditions of regulators. Cloudbet is regulated casino with licence. That is why terms of use was created that users of casino will know their rigts.

Why there is any reason for Cloudbet to pay money for posting to attract attention to the thread if they even do not answer in this thread?
The casino already exists 9 years and have a lot of users.
I play casino and monitor casino threads and Cloudbet thread is very often in the top and actively discussed.
People post in these thread without any paying because it is in the top.

There are 5798 post on 380 pages. Why do you think that Cloudbet hire somebody to post?
And another question how long they hire this people? From the start of the topic?

It seems that way. Cloudbet are probably not involved in shilling and the two scenarios you listed are most probable in this case. Shills and scammers in general try to infiltrate threads in various ways in order to gain an air of respectability as they progress towards their ultimate goals.

I don't think Cloudbet is behind the shilling, though. It's an old casino, they have had so many campaign in the past, and they definitely know the forum rules. This particular ring of scammers or bumping farm just replies other threads to;
1. Increase post count.
2. Make their accounts undetectable to the snoops by covering their tracks in legitimate threads.

that's my mistake I used to leave my gambling account with some dogecoins there which might be worth now even though it's not much and it's been 5 years not accessing them it didn't seem worth dogecoin back then so i thought leaving it at that point was no problem, after remembering it again and calculating the value of dogecoin first compared to now it is more valuable now so I don't regret it if indeed my account can't be activated again because maybe it was my fault, so letting it go is the best without having to make any debate because what I know the rules are still rules that must be obeyed and respected

6 yeas ago cryptocurrency has no value at all and many people leave their casino accounts or even wallet and exchange account with money.
But when cryptocurrency started to rise in price they tried to get access to their crypto assets.
Some people even lost their password. To get access to cryptocurrency first of all it is necessary to contact support service.
Casino very often block account because it is inactive and sometimes support work not very quickly.

3 years ago I opened an account on Cloudbet, I made a deposit of about 0.29BTC, I played on the account and reached 0.92BTC. After that I could not log into the account. I wrote to support, and they replied that the account was frozen and that they would contact me via email. After that they stopped responding to my email. Every 2-3 months I send them an email, but no one answers, now I have decided to put an end to the fraudsters. I sent them documents for verification, my ID, selfie with ID, proof of address, but nothing. Can you give me some guidance on where to report this case. I have a lot of evidence and screenshots.
I once re-opened my account after 5 years of not opening it again, there are several gambling sites that I have and I access it again but I was banned from playing games there and it was also blocked, I think it's normal for the site to freeze my old account because I didn't active, I'm actually still a little confused about what you mean, if you left your money 0.92 BTC for 3 years playing there then why are you just discussing it now or did you actually access your old account then make a deposit today then win and you can't withdraw it, you should your account has been banned or blocked before you play and make a deposit, obviously this is still confusing especially without screenshot proof

It is a normal practice in all casino to block accounts if its is inactive even if there are some money on the account.
In one casino my account with money was blocked because it was inactive for half of year.
The casino has a lot of people and they block inactive accounts even if there are money on it.
It is important to carefully read all terms of use to know all details.
If you do not play in casino it is better to withdraw money from it.

I think you are doing duplicate post about your cloudbet issue. I believe I've seen other post about their cloudbet issues just like on your story. As far as I know it is resolved because it makes a lot of tension and traction here in this forum and also cloudbet account was active that time. From what I am seeing, cloudbet OP or any other representative where not active here anymore from what I am seeing from their profile. Let's hope that someone who has a direct contact from this forum to cloudbet will help you with your case. I also suggest to post other necessary documents and screenshots about your case like the gambling history, chats, emails and other proofs that you think will help you resolve your case. Goodluck! Btw please post all other documents on your thread on scam accusation since most of the cases are being resolve in that board.

Cloudbet should answer this because hiring shill cannot give any positive output on them but instead people will doubt about their intentions for doing this. They are old casino so they should know the consequences of the actions towards this and if many people will find out that they hired shills for sure this could bring them more criticism from people who doubt about their reputation.

Well that maybe that it is but as well I don't really think an old casino like cloudbet would do this since on other thoughts they don't really need this since for sure they already have solid community for running so long in the industry and might what currently we see is the owner of those bots spreading their post so that people could not notice their thread bumping done on their main assigned threads.

I checked this thread because I play casino and for me it is very important to check the reviews about casino. Not only positive, but also a negative one.
I saw here negative reviews about Cloudbet but they were delated too.
Do you thing that the team of Cloudbet hire somebody to post negative reviews?
May be it is competitors post here negative reviews because casino is popular and discussed.

As for me I think that there is no reason just to hire somebody and pay money for posts because this thread is at the top and actively discussed without any posting.
May be everything is much more simple.

Cloudbet has a lot of users and one of them has real problems with this account on Cloudbet.

But he does not have an account on bitcointalk. He register on bitcointalk and informed about problem.

Team of Cloudbet solve his problem and he desapered without explaying everything.
To experience a problem is normal and can occur in each gambling site including in the most trusted ones but it isn't likely a severe issue so there is no need for those users to panic and go on different sites only to share the issue to others. They are creating a scandal already and that can be damaging to side of the casino.

For that user who disappeared instantly, we don't, know what if there's a problem with his account or he is only busy to not login but if not then it would be better if he can reply if what is the status of his issue or is it fixed or already or not. Only to give other readers contentment and also for the casinos' reputation.

Hire Bitcointalk Camp. Manager @ r7promotions.com
I do not understand why it is necessary to spam in the topic of casino that is 9 years old. I am even not sure that the team of Clodbet check this topic because it does not answer the question of users and do not make any comments.
So that it always stay at the top. It eventually bring traffic to the site.

From one side I agree with you.

From another side Cloudbet has been already working for 9 years and have a lot of users who want to monitor reviews about casino and its news.
I did not mean it for Cloudbet but in general. If you go to fiverr then you will see there are many gig to pump bitcointalk threads and they are making good money from it, looking from their sale history of course.

ICO/IDO/NFT projects are generally their clients.

May be Cloudbet attract more users to bitcointalk than bitcointalk to Cloudbet.

What do you think about this point of view?

You might have a point here since cloudbet doesn't have chat box for user to socialized to each other while they attached there Bitcointalk link on there website for user to go and check it out here. The problem was all those new users has same pattern that avails copper member before they start posting here all about cloudbet. This only means that there post here is organized or somehow paid post service.

Many casino has this kind of service before and its very noticeable for an Ann thread that is not active to receive bulk post coming from newbies with copper mebership.
