Hi everyone; I would like to draw your attention to some threads in the scam accusations thread section on this forum. The reputation of cloudlet isn't good enough. A lot of people made their complaints and shared their bad and scammed experiences in the scam accusations section. So I want to request everyone to open that section. Please do not get yourself registered on this site unless you are satisfied with this site.
What are you talking about actually? I couldn't find any scam accusation thread against Cloudbet in the recent days. OP got some neutral feedback for old accusations which was resolved with the help of forum members. Have you seen any valid scam accusation against Cloudbet in the recent days?

I have not seen any complaints against Cloudbet till date. But there are some people who suffer a lot due to their own mistakes and make a lot of complaints for that compensation. They may have suffered mainly through their own mistakes.But they blame different companies. I think scams without evidence should not be placed here. Strict action should be taken against those making false allegations.

I played in Cloudbet.com  and do not have problems with withdrawal my money.
I passed KYC before withdrawal because I know that some casino does not allow to withdrawal money without KYC. So not to have any problems I passed KYC.
Very often the users do not read term of the use and have problems because they do not know the rules.
That is why it is necessary to read everything carefully.

I read the latest posts and didn't see any real evidence that Cloudlet violates the terms of use. Yes, there are complaints, but users either disappear later somewhere without any explanation of the development of situation, or they break the rules themselves.

I meant it's better to wait before depositing any amount on the website until we hear what cloudbet has to say.
There are some accusations against them which may or may not be true but not having the admin of cloudbet to comment on that seems like a red flag.
I think a natural tag will do the job.

Admins of cloudbet should give there words about this accusation since leaving it up here empty without proper clarification if the accusation is real or not will create bad impression and might people believe that the accusation against them is true. So its really better not to deposit anything unless existing issue still popping up here since we don't know if they solve it or they expose those people and show what abuse they do for clarification matters.

Is all that accusation are already proven? I check already the scam accusation board and I don't find multiple alarming scam accusation against cloudbet aside from the user that doesn't want to use the live support. Cloudbet is not dealing all the accusation here that's way issue is compiled without receiving any answer but that doesn't mean that they are risky for you to do this kind of red tagging while other popular casino such as Rollbit, Duelbits and others has this kind of same accusation without any proof. Scam accusation board is already flooded by unverified reports and most them are violating the casino ToS which is why they are using the forum to gather support through sympathy for there loss.

Only do this if there are multiple verified scam accusation report because this is a FUD since you don't have any solid proof besides random user complaint that backed by nothing.

I can confirm that the only thing that applies to me is that I am a citizen of the United States.  I travel abroad when playing poker on places like GG poker and party poker and betting on restricted USA sites.  My only proof of residence for the most part recently an apartment back in the USA.

As I stated I do use a VPN when connecting to these sites, and sometimes it defaults to USA but that's all I can think of.  When providing documents the most recent document I had on hand was an expired internet bill that went to my home address in USA and since I haven't been there for about 6 months I just stopped paying internet and that was like the last bill I could find.  I guess it was my mistake but I am looking for ways to prove I have been living abroad and working online in France and Mexico.

Regardless, it is definitely an out and it's not good practice.  It causes all sorts of problems when you freeze and take funds from someone.  This needs to be resolved somehow.  Please, I really really really would like to just move on.  If there's any way you can pay me out, cloudbet, I will appreciate it.  I have sent in the note from my landlord and let me know if there's anything else to show you that I am a US citizen living abroad during these pandemic times.  I appreciate it so much.

As you understand, an overdue Internet bill is not a legitimate document. Using such a document, you will never pass KYC procedures in any casino or exchange. 6 months is too old a document. In general, the Cloudbet website is unavailable in many countries and users are forced to use a VPN if they want to play.

3 years ago I opened an account on Cloudbet, I made a deposit of about 0.29BTC, I played on the account and reached 0.92BTC. After that I could not log into the account. I wrote to support, and they replied that the account was frozen and that they would contact me via email. After that they stopped responding to my email. Every 2-3 months I send them an email, but no one answers, now I have decided to put an end to the fraudsters. I sent them documents for verification, my ID, selfie with ID, proof of address, but nothing. Can you give me some guidance on where to report this case. I have a lot of evidence and screenshots.

I saw you already posted in the scam accusation section, it's really sad that a casino doesn't respond to customer issues, have you PMed the OP? if you haven't PM the OP I suggest you PM him, he may not be active here on the forum but when you PM he will see if you enter the email he created an account on this forum, although I still think this casino should come here and you answer or they answer you when you contact them at the casino, I particularly stopped using this casino, I'm afraid of having the same fate as you, if they have this bad behavior of not responding to customers then it's not worth having an account in this casino
I think the OP has been inactive since last March in this thread, but actually my suggestion is to contact the service support on their website, if the case hasn't been solved I will also of course avoid this

Its useless to retain those inactive accounts since this could ruin their data and maybe they want to see their logs clean that's why they decide to do cleaning which is appropriate thing to do. Incase there is a balance in the account I believe they sent a mail from the email address use by the user to alert them about their remaining funds on their account to withdraw it or be active so that their accounts will not be suspended.
yes that's why i never ask the site to restore everything that's been abandoned so no point in prolonging the real problem it came from my own fault

Why it took you 3 years to start doing something towards getting your account back? This is none of my business thou, but usually when a person has sort of a problem, he tries to solve it as soon as possible. If you saw that no one is answering your emails, why it took you 3 years to try another way to solve your problem?

I took a look on your recent topic in scam accusation, and here is what I find strange: you have posted a screenshot, and base on it, it took less than 2 minutes for a support to figure out what is the reason for your account block. I mean, I find it amazing that it took so little time for support to find several years old case, get all the info and post an answer. By the UI, it looks like a GMAIL chat. You are contacting Cloudbet support via GMAIL ? Never seen someone having a talk with support via third party chat, and not directly on gambling page. Are you sure your screenshot isnt fake and you are not trying to cheat us ?  Angry

There are many reasons of such actions. May be account was not interesting to user and he forget about it.
But I agree when people have a problem he usually tries to solve it as soon as possible. And in all cases it is necessary first to solve all the problems directly to casino and only after that white about problems on bitcointalk. Especially about 3 years problems.

Why there is any reason for Cloudbet to pay money for posting to attract attention to the thread if they even do not answer in this thread?
The casino already exists 9 years and have a lot of users.

People post in these thread without any paying because it is in the top.

There are 5798 post on 380 pages. Why do you think that Cloudbet hire somebody to post?
