Cloudbet last login since forever, coincidence that it lines up with RedApples creating an account shortly after?  I think not.  It gets deeper just return the money cloudbet.  My time is more valuable than this.

Whether I was caught or not, shouldn't matter.  I have told you and provided evidence that I have been in Mexico.  I don't want to keep sending documents out to the world.  I would hope Cloudbet would respect my privacy.  I have already given my name out to so many people.  I have been in the community for a long time in bitcoin and I could tell people who I am, but I don't feel it would benefit me in any way because I have a life outside of gambling even though I'm so sharp that books want to limit and steal from me at this point.

What matters is that I am paid back the deposits.  the 67 BCH account balance is less than the deposits.  It's two cashouts of 34 BCH and 33 BCH.  You guys have cashed me out 360 BCH and i've deposited 360 BCH in that ball park.  So what changes now that you can just steal my last deposits and freeroll me, waiting until I don't lose and request a cashout?

The argument is not whether I was in the USA or not.

For starters, you didn't send out any documents to the world. Not once. Cloudbet is respecting your privacy. You said you were willing to interact with users here to verify what you were saying previously, yet you did not do it. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5277995

Allow them to prove that you were VPN'ing from the States. Thats all you have to do. That wont' be any sort of privacy breach. So what if they show IP addresses from the States that confirm where you were on the dates in question. Per your statements you were in Mexico using a VPN that would 'accidentally' switch over to USA. You asked us if were familiar with that sort of situation.

You are so sharp, that you lied about all of these different things along the way. I just proved one a page back where you said that Cloudbet was using 'playing the card' against you, by saying you had multiple accounts, where you said you never said that, but that you might have had an account in the past... yet your first attempt to get the money back from them you said very clearly that you lost a lot of money to them over the years but didn't have your old logins. You're also so sharp, that you kept asking 'what can I do guys?", then acting like you were so fragile and you couldn't take it, and you didn't know how to get information to prove your whereabouts. Now, you're so sharp that you literally know every angle in that book. Sadly, still haven't came up with a single story that makes ANY sense. It is either a lie, a contradiction of something you've already said, or information that can be completely thrown out as irrelevant.

Please anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about at this point please read this thread beginning to end.

https://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3622234-cloudbet-confiscated-15-000-due-providing-verification-documents-usa-citizen.html

No idea how this guy can still continually be allowed to make up these stories and attacks against Cloudbet. He tried the soft and fragile approach now and it's all fallen apart and its all out attack mode, since everything he said turned out to be a lie.

The argument is not whether I was in the USA or not.  The argument is why is Cloudbet ruining their reputation by not returning the last deposits of an accused USA bettor?

For people coming into the thread, I got freerolled for $20,000 when they did not immediately freeze my account but they selectively froze my account.  I deposited $20,000 and they are taking not only the winnings but the deposit as well.  Even if they want to try and prove that I was in the USA which is a long drawn out process that I don't feel like partaking in, I've provided whatever they need to verify my whereabouts.  They are choosing to freeroll a USA bettor as they do to thousands of other USA bettors who don't cash out.

Cloudbet is up crap's creek and needs to do a lot of soul searching to figure out how to rectify this situation and change as human beings.

Then theres no problem then! Wait to hear back from them about said proof. Or share it with the mods or an independent panel in the meantime to see if it actually suffices. But as far as this new revelation goes, why now would you amp up your smear campaign over the past week. You're just making up a story that makes you seem innocent, which you've done now in a different manner for the umpteenth time, while demanding you get paid with threats.

If you have proof, you have nothing to worry about. Stop all of the attacks. You will get paid back in a legitimate fashioin. I'm not sure what Bitcointalk will tolerate as far as abuse goes, but I saw posters here (I think maybe mods) willing to help moderate the issue with verifying the proof that you were in Mexico. You said you were willing to do this, and then never did. Shocker.

You can't just say you sent documents that you felt are necessary enough, and that your friend who is aggressively smearing Cloudbet on your behalf knows about it. You got caught VPN'ing from the States. This much is clear as it gets. Crystal clear.

& lol at it being a long drawn out process for them to prove that you were in the USA, so you 'don't want to partake in that'. Just allow them to release the information. What you think they gotta solve some impossible equation? If they don't provide proof quickly I'm pretty sure everyone will side with you. You just say the most absurd stuff.

Hey look, I found another social media account from Cloudbet soliciting deposits from rest of world customers outside of USA and UK.

OH WAIT,

https://www.instagram.com/cloudbet.us/?hl=en

cloudbet.us... wait, waht?  cloudbet DOT us?  like USA?  Still phishing for USA players to freeroll and not even return deposits?  Just accept USA deposits and pay out until they win too much and then confiscate the deposits?

Return the money. Now.  You have played your hand very badly.

I'm almost positive this is the guy who owns cloudbet.  He's tracking the stuff down all over the web and freaking the F out.  His busines is going down in flames.
Sorry to link this thread over at the other site but it's very relevant.  These guys are the worst type of scum on earth, fighting to steal money from the community.

Bitcointalk, I will be back in 48 hours once this thing settles.  I need a break for the sake of my sanity.  Never going to let this rest until I'm paid or they stop accepting deposits.  One of the two.

this guy obviously is, as expected, a site owner coming in to defend anonymously and smear who they steal from.

Return the deposits.  It's the only right thing to do.

I sent in as per Mexico:
Financial Statements with my Mexico address, received via mail
Handwritten letter from my landlord with the rented address
Payment statements to my landlord in Mexico along with that note
A receipt for a week I recently paid in an AirBnB like situation in Mexico.

I shouldn't have to provide more than that.  If so, please tell me what else.  I shouldn't have to deal with all this, I've sent in enough documents to impersonate me a gazillion times over.  You're fraudsters, you're scammers, you're the lowest of the low, Cloudbet.  I have no problem giving cloudbetscamsDOTCOM any information he needs on MY scam accusation against you.  I just am starting to get concerned that you're in a bit too deep on this one.

It's obvious that you work for the site.  so with that, i'm done arguing.  I'm just going to come after Cloudbet for the money.  Until then, good luck trying to tell me off.  Seriously good luck.  You need it with how sharp I am at betting against you guys!!

Pay me the deposits I made, and I'll try and talk cloudbetscamsDOTCOM out of trying to prevent people from depositing to your site.

Just continually dodging and being dramatic.

You have login details that prove you were in the USA. Cloudbet says they can prove that you were in the USA when playing on Cloudbet. What good does a 'handwritten letter' do? What good does a 'receipt for a week recently in Mexico' do?

Anyone can go back the previous weeks and see what you've written on the topic. You said you go down to Mexico to play and rent AirBnBs. Then it turned into your landlord. Then you didn't know what or how to prove that you were in Mexico. You actually said all of these dumb things, just as you're saying dumb things now. All you need to do is prove that you were in Mexico during the times that Cloudbet says you weren't! It's so easy to hash this out. YOU NEED TO PROVE THAT.

Otherwise, you weren't. And you have no case! Which is the angle you've been fighting for the past week before I made it into this thread to curb some of your blatant lies and attempts to strong arm Cloudbet into paying you.

I'm happy at least some of the people in here will now see what is going on, and more of them will hopefully go to Sportsbookreview to see the entire context. You and this other guy making up the most insane scenarios. I own Cloudbet... the website guy saying that the website is being hacked, hacked by Cloudbet.

You've literally shot from every angle possible and been as little forthright as someone could possibly be.

I'm also going to sit back a little bit and see how this plays out. I wish all players would get paid no matter what, but I wish even more that people doing what you are doing don't get away with it. This is criminal.

That's great. Hopefully you will actually fight legitimate cases and get them paid. To this point, all of your posts have been vocal about efxes. Anyone can go look at your post history and see you spamming his case only, describing it the same way he is, making up the same lies that he was, and you getting tangled up in them too:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5279500

1. if he submitted appropriate proof of being in Mexico during the dates, which is so easy to do, then guess what,
#2 doesn't matter.

People have offered this up to him for WEEKS. You stating he's done it is as silly as him saying he was down there renting AirBnBs (1st statement for renting) but avoided all talk of providing those details when pressed for it; said it didn't matter. Now you know he's submitted 'appropriate proof'. (lol)

Reading your post history says everything you need to know about your actual goal here, and its furthering a smear against CloudBet. Sad that this is actually allowed to go on.

If you were legitimate then you wouldn't have to be as blatant and over the top as you are. Make the site, outline details, and spread the details. You are just as demanding as efxes (likely are the same person), simply trying to extort them. You've threatened them from every angle now, as did the YouTube account. As did efxes and the YouTube account did citing the Medium accounts.

Anyone who has not see the thread on SportsBookReview, please click the link in my post 2 posts previous to this. Read it front to end. There are people who need to be stopped here, and its efxes and this smear campaign. I'm all for a site outlining and exposing fraud. I'm definitely not for threatening sites with slander and aggression, especially when its not even rightfully owed in the first place.

Buddy the gig is up.  I'm just waiting to get paid.

CloudbetscamsDOTCOM just told me site is going back up today.  He also said this isn't going to stop even if Efxes gets paid.  Cloudbet's history of scamming will be there for the world to see on the first page of google.  It's over for you guys.

Let me know when you want my wallet address to refund my deposits.

Great, so another one of your other accounts that made this website to extort Cloudbet. This is so uncool. If anyone wants a clear picture of what he is doing, click the link in my previous post. Read the thread start to finish. It is very sad... I and others were trying to help him get paid. But he turned out to be a flagrant liar and has built an entire smear campaign. It's all in the thread. Mods, please review that thread start to finish, and decide what you will. It's only 4 pages, and makes for a rather quick read.

Again, guys. Cloudbet obviously wants this argument to be whether or not I was in the USA or Mexico. It plays in their favor. Red Apples is so blatant in having some sort of financial gain in me not being paid or smushing my power to speak up against Cloudbet.

But in the end, USA or not doesn't matter. Because I should be at least owed the decency of being returned my last deposits. Not freerolled.

Again: I should at least have the decency of being returned my last deposits on the account, and not freerolled- so return the account balance now.

https://youtu.be/ZudyN1Q8dbo?t=35

Ummm, the argument is whether or not you were in the USA or Mexico. That's the only thing that matters. These sites have been under the same rules for the past decade. As I posted on the other site, anyone can read my past history with Pokerstars.
https://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3622234-cloudbet-confiscated-15-000-due-providing-verification-documents-usa-citizen.html#post29736687

You continually lie and make up stories. I've quoted you many times already to point out the lies you've constructed to attack Cloudbet. Anyone can see it by reading the thread I just posted here.

You've been given countless opportunities to prove the most basic of details. You're the one who brought up AirBnB stays. Then landlord stuff. Then your landlord writes in Spanish. You came asking for help, acting like you didn't know how to get the most basic of details. Now since it all proved to be something you were unwilling to do, because you can't, now it doesn't matter, and I own Cloudbet, everyone against you is a shill, and the only thing that matters is you getting paid, at all costs. The cost here is you making up story after story and painting an unfair picture. You're up on them lifetime, and they continued to pay you out. Why would they ever have done that in the first place if they were simply just waiting for you to deposit to steal from you? There had to be a point in time in which you were figured out, and that triggered the review. Who knows when they detected you? Allow them to share the information they have to make it public so we can actually see. You want no fairness. You just want to lie at every turn to try to extort money from Cloudbet.

For what its worth, I'm willing to prove that I have no affiliation with Cloudbet, which seems to be the most laughable scenario possible. If there is a body that oversees this site I'd be more than willing to share with them sensitive information that proves who I am, and that I certainly have nothing to gain. As if that matters anyways. I've only stated clear indisputable facts, based on showing your words and your actions, and the past actions of other actors in similar scenarios. I'm making no assumptions, save for the fact that your story wasn't adding up from the start and that raised suspicion which turned out to be fact. You calling me out for 'owning Cloudbet', just goes to show how silly your reaches are and how little anything you have said even means, and shows your lack of concern for other parties actually are.

You decided to attempt to extort from Cloudbet, and I was just a guy on a website that saw it and am pointing it out. If you can directly refute my statements, go ahead and do so. It's pretty hard to refute your own statements and actions so maybe this is your only course of action. As stated weeks ago now, you should probably just give up.

have you ever seen a casino accept someone's deposit and that person loses all money in the casino and the casino comes to complain that the person broke TOS because he created an account in a country like the USA and return the person's deposit? have you seen this happen? and if you have seen it happen then please post this case on this forum. you have to stop this from always resorting to TOS whenever someone wins something and wants to withdraw, because they do not do due diligence when the person makes a deposit and if in case the person has broken the TOS they would immediately return the deposit, they leave make a deposit and let the person play and only if wins, start searching for the person and at the end the gold mine enters: "TOS". this problem would have been solved a long time ago with the return of $ 15,000, it is not okay to let someone beg on a forum for their money to be returned

There's no discussion.  I want my money back.

Also to the above poster, tell me what rule have I broken?

Again: There is no discussion.  I want my money back. Now.

Do you think that by screaming and shouting , they will return your money ? You should be polite and give them some time so that they may think positive about your case.
If they do not respond you or do not pay you back, what harm can you do to them ? Nothing  Sad

Very surprised with the leeway he is receiving here. He has lied a countless amount of times. Changing his story at every turn. Cloudbet gives him a response that is fair and even gives him an avenue to getting paid. Instead of responding to that post directly here to discredit it (because he couldn't for reasons below), he went to SBR and made this post: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3622234-cloudbet-confiscated-15-000-due-providing-verification-documents-usa-citizen-p3.html#post29772515

At the bottom of the post he attempts to discredit and smear Cloudbet with a lie:
"So there you have it. As for the other account it's not true. They love to pull that card. I said I might have had an account a few years ago trying out the site but I couldn't remember the email.

They just want to steal the money.,
"

stated in response to a previous email where they said:

"In this particular email, you are stating that you've also had an account created before you started using this specific account, which means you have breached not one, but two of our terms, thus your account must remain closed, unfortunately."

--

But on September 23rd he said this here:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.55251268
"I just sent in all my verifying documents.  I could really really use the funds and I really like the site.  I've lost a lot of money to you guys, like a lot of BTC over the years, I just forget what my old logins are.  and I mean a LOT of bitcoin lol.  But i still keep coming back."

----

Feel free to read the entire thread at SBR. It's only 4 pages. We tried to help him from the very beginning.. and slowly but surely it turned out he was lying and then flew off the handlebars and launching an all-out smear campaign.
