Please return the money cloudbet.

today he entered the forum and did not respond to anything that means he doesn’t have time or the decision is final and doesn’t care about any opinions anyone is leaving here. what is strange is to see that there is little support for the flag that you created, it seems that many people are undecided about whether to leave negative feedback on the cloudbet account and support the flag or if they expect cloudbet to resolve this situation. But if they have not shown solidarity so far and have not returned your money to you then I doubt that they will be back in their decision and return your money to you unless they realize that their reputation here will be bad.

Cloudbet is saying because total deposits over 3 month period was less than total withdrawals, they're entitled to wait for my next deposit and take it by force.  Not OKAY.  RETURN THE 67 BCH NOW.

you are not responsible for errors on the site. they are responsible for taking care of their website and making sure everything is going well, they cannot blame you for their mistakes.

The Cloudbet account here has logged in today but has not commented on what is happening with regards to the issue related to efxes and that is not good conduct by them.

I also need to give them time before coming to a conclusion but so far all the evidence is stacked against them.

Cloudbet, please make contact with efxes and come to a mutually agreed end to this issue. My advice would be for efxes and Clloudbet not to disclose how the stalemate ended but please settle it so we can all move on.

Thank you

Cloudbet been doing this same type of holding user funds before and now they have same issue again after they regain reputation. I'm still waiting about cloudbet official reply about this issue before I jump in to a conclusion, But the timing of there being offline in the forum is too suspicious, If they are really responsible, They should still watch the case after they release there last statement. I've got a feeling that cloudbet really hiding the truth on this. They will never release the official transfer history of OP because if they are really willing to solve this case, They will post all the transaction for transparency at the first place.  Roll Eyes

This is understandable from your perspective. You just want Cloudbet to return the funds you say they stole from you and you want a commitment from them that they will not scam anybody again. It is not fair that they have held on to your funds for so long and you are not happy about it.

I really hope they login here and read the posts users are making about them, their reputation is really falling to pieces now so it is in their interest to try to resolve this issue with efxes as soon possible. I hope Cloudbet start engaging in meaningful dialogue with efxes which results in him being returned his funds so we can all move on from this incident.

I also have zero against cloudbet.  I just want my money back and for this to never happen to others.

They left this case hanging and they didn't clear up those allegation thrown to them, now they are facing a big anomaly which people lose their trust again on this site. They should post some statement regarding on this case since many people want to here some news regarding on the latest development of the case since the amount involve. If they will still hide in their skirt for sure more hatred well came unto them.

It is not like that.

Companies have to protect their users' privacy and identities. Even a user is cheater, company should never publish all their deposit, gamble, trade history and identity documents in front of community eyes. Those details can be used for doxing, and other things. It does not mean a company does it because they don't have any evidence in hands.
If the only one ask is transaction history then why not? it will verify all the suspicion of the users here.

Please return the money cloudbet.  I am desperate for a resolution I need the funds back that I deposited in that day.  That is why I requested the cashout.  after losing some.  I deposited the deposits one after the other after the other without losing them, just firing away.  Then when it was time I requested a cashout because I took my shot, I lost some back, and then I requested cashout the deposits.

I think the discussion and the accusation should be halt a while till Cloudbet is active on the forum and leave their confirmation again. They said the case is closed but let's wait for more updates from them next few days.

I saw the scam accusation thread against you created, that was created october 2 but Cloudbet was last online on october 1, maybe have a little patience, I also like to see their response on the accusation either in this thread or the scam accusation thread.

This is the answer given on this thread, but I don't know what take them so long to resolve the issue while they already verify it and do the action. Also they don't bother to be active now and solve the issue, best to show that they are trusted since by now many users are watching this thread to see if they will gonna solve it or they will insist to hold the money of the affected user.

Hi everyone, we'd like to address the case of efxes.

Our Player Safety Team performed a standard verification check on the account after noticing several failed logins from the USA.

Our authentication log reveals that the player attempted to authenticate from the USA followed by several other European cities within minutes - this clearly goes against his claim that he is living in and playing from Mexico.

Whilst the player complied and supplied an identity document and proof of address, he failed to submit documents that support his claims of residing in Mexico. We consequently closed the account after confirming a clear breach of our terms and licensing agreement.

We ensured that the player received the total sum of their deposit back and consequently consider this case to be closed.

Thanks, I didn't see that, I was referring to the scam accusation there that was created after that reply, if that so, then why would this user is still complaining?

I just want my money back and for this to never happen to others.

Hello Exfes,

ON THE SITE FROM CLOUDBET
Source: https://partners.cloudbet.com/en/legal/license/
Cloudbet License
Cloudbet is a licensed bitcoin betting site under both E-Gambling Montenegro and Curaçao eGaming.

E Gambling Montenegro d.o.o (Podgorica, Moskovska br. 65., reg. no. 50615951) hereby certifies that under the concession (serial no. AA 001588, numeric no. 133-01/15 5A i 1ERR) and approval (no. 02/02-118⁄4), organise and operate games of chance in Montenegro on website www.cloudbet.com in accordance with the Agreement on management and financial cooperation, concluded between E Gambling Montenegro d.o.o. and TIGER TREE HOLDINGS do.o.o (Cetinje, Njegoseva br. 97., reg. no. 50721755) TIN: 03035166 on 05 March, 2015 which is valid from 05 September, 2018 until 05 March 2019.

www.cloudbet.com is also licensed by Curaçao eGaming under the company name Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. - Pareraweg 45, Curaçao - and under the License No. 1668/JAZ issued to Curaçao eGaming, authorised and regulated by the Government of Curacao.

I hope the following information will be useful for you.
Tracking in Montenegro is a hopeless and difficult task (or you must have the right connections, which I don't have)
However, the Curacao register is accessible publicly.
The owner of Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. is Xecutive Corporate Management B.V. (one company manages the other)
I have shown the owners of this company in a screenshot below.

I can already tell you that the real owner of Cloudbet (the UBO) is not listed here. There has been too much thought about that. But 1 of these 3 people (and probably all 3) can tell you who is responsible for this Cloudbet scam site. You could look online to see if you can get in touch with one of these people. Since they operate a trust office, they are also liable in some sense of the word. It is about $ 15,000 for you, then something like that is worth a try.
No, I have nothing against Cloudbet on a personal level, but a study on the forum and the internet shows that they have made way too many victims, and the measure is now full. They ruin it for other trustworthy bookmaker, who also become dupre this way and get a general bad name.

I'm going to take a brief hiatus from the thread and see what the community and Cloudbet can come up with.  I'm not doing well in my mind, this has casued me significant emotional, mental, physical stress and has me doing things I wouldn't normally do like post on many forums.

Don't know how you guys would take getting robbed of your life savings- I am not doing well.

I pray for the day I get paid, and I normally don't believe in a higher power.  Please help.

I'm working with a member who is helping to put it up but I don't know him very well but he's been extremely helpful and says it could help in getting the word out and possibly getting me paid.  I just gave him all the info I have.  He is still working on it.

I really need to get paid, what the hell is going on.

There is no evidence that efxes is the person behind the website but the timing of registration (WHOIS) and content does seem to indicate there could be a link: https://cloudbetscams.com/

I wonder if Cloudbet would be willing to appoint mediators from the bitcointalk community like Sportsbet did when another user complained about a closed account. I think it's the only way to break this deadlock. Otherwise we're just going to keep going back and forward between asking exfes questions about his account and complaining to Cloudbet and no real progress will be made.

This is the scam accusation thread about Sportsbet, where they posted they appointed mediators, for those who are curious: [SCAM] Sportsbet.io (Withholding funds) [dispute settled]

It is good that the user Efxes has taken action and dedicated a website to there.

What do you mean? I don't recall reading here about him making a website about this accusation.

Many people are very disappointed with Cloudbet now. Their last days seem to be numbered. Think they don't care about this and just keep going. It is good that the user Efxes has taken action and dedicated a website to there. Hopefully he will get his money back. The number of people who have complained about Cloudbet isn't sick either. That is really quite a laundry list. How can this bookmaker still exist? In any case, users have been warned on the forum. They really owe that yellow card to themselves after all those problems of not paying out to customers. Especially that of those 330 BTC was a real drama for the customer.
I hope exfes will get paid, and get the money that he deserves.

@Cloudbet

Please could you confirm the following:

1) What were the total number of deposits the user efxes made before his account was closed

2) What were total amount of accumulative funds user efxes deposited before his account was closed

3) What were the total amount of funds that user efxes gambled

4) What were the total amount of funds that user efxes won by betting

5) What was the total amount that you returned to user efxes before closing his account

Your answers will provide enough information for members to be able to conclude if the amounts involved (what he sent to Cloudbet and what Cloudbet returned to him) are disputed or not.

Furthermore, the Cloudbet reputation was already affected after years of disputes and allegations and this is one more in a long line of complaints. Unlike the other incidents though, there is now a website which clearly will be indexed by search engines and will bring negativity to your business like never before: https://cloudbetscams.com

If Cloudbet are not in the wrong there are plenty of members here that will support it but if Cloudbet have selective scammed efxes then there will be no member that will ever defend Cloudbet.

Please try to reach out to efxes and resolve this matter.

Thank you

You sir, are the MAN.
I can't wait to see what they have to say to this.  But really, I just want to be paid.  I wish they would just do legit business so people didn't have to suffer.
