If you're from an Asian country then I bet you know this story. Authorities that are caught are the ones who are sacrificed for a much bigger cause or because their asking money is getting higher.

This doesnt only happen on Asian countries but also in other neighboring countries on which it is really just in reality that those people who do have the money will really be having always that kind of power and

capability on making things in control.Even if they arent on a position but since they do have that financial capability or simply being rich and influential then pretty sure that you would really be making yourself

to be excluded or having that exclusion for whatever things that you've been dealing.IF you do get caught then you could easily get away with it because there are

The problem is, how do we see a middle-ground for these types of games especially that they are already existing for hundreds of years now?

As someone who grew up with a family that loves to engage in cockfighting (we even have a designated farm raising cockfighters), stricter regulations must be implemented and harsh sanctions must be executed who violate such.

Felt your story mate because I also came from an Asian household that really loves engaging in this kind of sports, cockfighting. My take is that time to time, these kind of gambling will somehow cease because not every household have some kid that will continue the tradition, in my case, none of my siblings takes any interests to inherit it and we chose our own ways far from it.

In the governments side, they don't have to be any stricter because people already know what's wrong or not about this kind of gambling. Lol just bursting balls. I've watched most of this things online and it isn't strange to me but it's not common in my country if at all it is even present.
I mostly watch this very aggressive cock fights in Vietnamese movies and some Chinese movies and I also had to conclude that those cocks used for those fights and gambling were or are specially trained and most have gone through a whole of training to be trusted by people for a good fight and possibly wins.
I know those environments are not safe and I wouldn't want to stay over at such place for long.

There are always people who will go against the law to profit. Even if cockfighting is banned, I bet there will be still lots of underground cockfighting appearing every now and then. Worst the operator oftentimes is a government official.

Those who do cockfighting will just find ways on how they will continue their gambling habits illegally if the government will ban this. They will just relocate somewhere far from the authorities to organize their event and this is much even worse because it is no longer regulated by the authorities. The authorities won't be able to keep an eye on them that could just make things so much horrible because they could include other bad habits while playing and betting such as having drinks on the side, or even using illegal drugs on the actual site of cockfighting event that is hidden.

However, we can't fully eliminate this because of culture and traditional differences. As much as I abhor the thought of humans playing with animals that could cost the latter's life, I cannot impose my beliefs because each place and people has their own to begin with.
