They cannot stop it because how the government acts lightly whenever they caught some people doing it and some are hardly enough to get over and cure their addiction because simply they are only thinking of having some entertainment but in reality, they are having an addiction which is not really good because they are even using these innocent animals on their so-called fun times. In our place, they sometimes raid these kinds of gamblers but they cannot constantly do it straight for months, and the gamblers still doing it now.

By the way, if cock fighting was a part of culture and popular among the masses, it would not be banned by most governments. We only see this game being played in certain backward areas and modern people have already abandoned this sports.
