Some of these laws preventing animal cruelty would move forward faster when there would be a public outcry and these governments decide to step in as they care about their optics and tourism. Some injustices need to be talked about or otherwise they won't ever change.

Then what's your solution to stop all this mess? Can you do something to stop the cultural activities that are legal in a country?

Don't act like that as in a country where cock fight is legal and many people support it, it will just continue.
