why dont use binance or any other big exchange for so high amounts? quick support XD? normaly you wait weeks or 1 month for a answer.

And you are talking about quick support? Already more than a week I can not get into your account. The reasons have not been named. Terms of specific too. Don't you care about your reputation at all?


I have spoken to the Admins there and they said that they have communicated with you. Unfortunately New Zealand Privacy laws do not permit them to disclose the reason publicly. They cannot respond with specific details - publicly.  Details that they have provided you - privately.

They have to comply with the law as a licensed financial services provider.

As a licensed financial services provider they do not make the laws but they do have a duty to comply with them.

helium mainnet is now running some weeks and your exchange where most guys hold the coins is not able to change wallet from offline to online. for what do you need that long time. thats the reason why i stop using your exchange long time ago. you need for everthing sooooo long. thats nowadays in crypto completly shit.

Yep, I noticed the new look this morning while going to do my routine with Cryptopia. The revamp is nicely done and give a better look in 2018 standard. (I like the homepage for example). Also, the site's performance is better for me, I mean the speed increased compared to before. (There is just the chart that can take longer to be displayed, often loading instantly but sometimes it takes ~1 minute)

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS
 
Throughout the last quarter, we have significantly improved our customer service standards and are moving closer to our goal of offering World Class Service. Our recent average response times are under 7 hours and our mean time to resolution is 2.5 days. We are still aiming to deliver a one-hour response rate and for 90% of tickets to be resolved within one business day. The 10% of new tickets we are unable to resolve within that time frame generally relate to issues for coins in maintenance and this is often outside of our control. Please see our Help Centre article about why coins need to go into maintenance for further information.

3. REFRESHED NEW LOOK & IMPROVED FEATURES
 
We have today rolled out a fresh new look that is the start of a whole host of changes that will deliver a faster and cleaner experience for our users. We would appreciate your feedback and encourage you to create a new support ticket. Please ensure you categorise the ticket as 'Exchange', subcategory 'Other' with the Subject of 'Design Feedback' and include the device and browser you are using as well as any screenshots to ensure our development team can review.
