There are lot of ponzi's floating around so this is nothing special. Usually site owners are not responsible for content advertised on their sites. Nothing special again. I would want to highlight last FAQ to clear up some things.

can you address the other problem mentioned above? the site will sometimes (for long periods of time) not allow any prize to be claimed and just credit the booby prize value. has this been fixed?

2 days now. Several of us on chat have landed on largest prize (0.0005) today but nobody's been able to claim it. It's been available for 20 cycles now and still nobody can claim it or any large prize. Is the site just running on autopilot now?
