So far iam never panic when the price keep going down because i always using stop loss so my open potition automatcly close when the price going down. My mistake in trading is less patient when buy any coin to get best price, sometimes i was panic buy when the price pumping and with stop loss i can reduce the risk incase the price reversal.

Always. I have this tendency of making bad decisions whenever i panic and i usually panic alot. So doing the simple maths you can guess that i make alot of panic based decisions, and i have fked my life because of my bad decisions.

Yes I have panic experience, it is the most stupid thing to do is work, when you are in panic. You could lose everything in panic trading, you start to get addicted to wrong decision making and losing your money! Best thing to do is to stop working and leave it where it is, come back to the problem (minus positions) in one or even two weeks, you should always control your mind! I have lost 3000 dollars, because of panic trading 
decisions made in a panic or rush is never the best because the right analysis is not often done about the situation and I think bad market news can make people take a decision in a panic which they will later regret it. Decisions made in a panic are not the best at all and can make you lose a lot of money
I ever. the first time I trade. for me, seeing the prices go down so fast that is very panic. and I immediately sold my coins. a week later, the price of the coin rose beyond my expectations. and I really regret that.

I ended up like an idiot, it was my newbie trading and with the panic i made to myself i did buy high sell low.
this is not a good start, i feel frustrated, But that serve as a lesson to me.

The biggest trouble you can bring your own in the crypto market is trading with panic. Any mistakes made at this point will come back to you as harm. But if you make reasonable decisions and trade without haste, you will get the success.
Each merchant should confront crash of market. However, some of them are truly accept on cryoto market despite everything they hold their coins. In any case, some of them getting frenzy and they need offer out their coin at loss.I don't care for this choice, I genuinely trust that market will begin moving. That is the reason I didn't get freeze on my exchanging.
