When we panic, we may sell our cryptocurrency. But this is a not very sensible choice. When people feel panic, they are not very rational. We can't make some decisions at this time. Because this is likely to be a wrong decision.
Making decisions when in panic is not something anyone should do, a most of the times it will be clouded by uncertainties and fear making you reach inconsistent decisions. the best thing to do instead is to hold on at least till the market recovers for you might make poor decisions tthat will only make you losses instead

Yes i already did it,but now i`m pretty sure that i have enough knowledge about controlling my emotion ,so if i were you that could`nt avoid panicking, just relax always and think positively.
