Previously to entering those untought sales, hodlers need to graps up to what level cryptomarkets normally are erratic and fast moving inincoming seasons and conceive a clear goal.
for a beginner like me when investing crypto and see market conditions weakened and went down like this will definitely freak out. but I try to compose yourself so as not to immediately sell the underlying asset at a price my loss crypto. I convinced myself if the market will soon be improved, everything just takes time.
For me it is not good to decide when you are in the state of panic. There will be a chance that you can make a wrong decision. So just relax and do what you want to do. It is better to have a calm mind when deciding what you want to do. Always practice how to calm yourself.
In my experience in trading i didnt panic selling,because if panic you willl lose all your profit its better to be patince to wait for the price to rise up again.
Ill panic once in trading because of my coins are still to continue going down.So ill sell it early even if the price was in low situation, But it was worth because until now the price was not to rise again.
As a newbie, I once made this mistake of selling some of my tokens in panic when market retraced as at last year. Most times, its not always good to make decisions in panic. If you make decisions in panic, you would surely regret it as decisions made in panic isn't the best of the decisions

It's okay for anyone to panic when market prices are not going the way they want. It's best for you to equip yourself with the knowledge that making decisions during panic time is not the best, as you are most likely to make decisions that you will regret later on. I for one has never really made bad decisions as a result of panic.
I agree, everyone should face the error himself in order to draw a conclusion from this situation. This experience is very good. You never need to make decisions while in a panic, panic can not bring anything good, only harm.
Every trader should face crash of market. But some of them are really believe on cryoto market and they still hold their coins.
But some of them getting panic and they want sell out their coin at loss.I don't like this decision, I truly believe that market will start moving. That's why I didn't get panic on my trading.

I made those decisions in a panic. the coin started to fall in price and I sold it, and then it grew in price and I suffered losses.

I once made a speculation that resulted in losses and then panic finally get big defeat. it can be a valuable experience for me personally.
Before I hold my token, especially from bounty reward I want make cash first. So that if the market it's different from my decision I am still calm in waiting

If you panic, then you better not make a decision, because while panic will make you confused in making decisions.
better we should be able to keep ourselves in order not to panic,
because if we panic instead of the condition will get better but even worse
Everybody has done that. I am persuaded that everybody has settled on a wrong choice and it resembles a lament. freeze when the value drops radically and afterward we offer coins that are claimed at a modest cost. though some time later the cost increments once more. be that as it may, on the off chance that we don't freeze and can be quiet in taking choices then we can simply maintain a strategic distance from the danger of misfortune. so never accept that persistence and quiet are insignificant, in light of the fact that it can figure out what we choose.
In a Panic, people make mistakes very strongly, sometimes they are just very cancer. But sometimes people perform in panic just unusual results, make very good decisions.
