In three days, I have extensively researched the first 170 pages of this thread. It has taken many hours so far. In two weeks, I will reach page 774 (12th January 2015). It is for the book on Digibyte planned to be released this year

The new script is too long, too complicated, too convoluted, and too confusing. Ask yourself if you'd put it on the OP or the website, and if the answer is no, then ax it.

hmm...i was thinking "...you can help to make this...". but if you are able to say it in a certain manner, it can sound right.
everything else is fine in my opinion. because its going to be spoken and not read, its more flexible [in other words, don't have to obey some English Rules] and sentence-structuring doesn't need to be too perfect, as long as its sounds 'right'. i don't really know how to explain it. its more of when one uses the language more often, you will be better at knowing what is right and wrong.
Content wise for an introduction to Digibyte, i guess the Basic stuffs are all there.
just one problem though - "DigiBytes can even be sent over social media, helping to connect legacy business models with up and coming millennial consumers." i think many people wouldn't be able to understand what this means. for myself who have done lots of research about Bitcoin and Altcoins and their uses, i roughly know what it means. Tipping am i right? but i believed people who don't know a lot about cryptocurrencies and their uses, its difficult to understand that sentence. may want to rephrase it. To be frank, i myself don't really understand this part - "to connect legacy business models with up and coming millennial consumers.". Care to explain?

And you're right. I think the stuff is a bit too technical to understand for the average Joe, or "Henk en Ingrid" as we say in the Netherlands.
Maybe it's an idea to create a video for non-tech people too? They don't have a clue what "open-source" is. Just keep it with "free" (everyone understands and likes a free service

The overall message sounds good. If the target audience of this video is the average joe, however, I'm not sure if "open source" as term is helping. I guess most don't know it and maybe even some uninformed see open source even more insecure than closed source...because ahhm the bad guy can see the code and find security holes more easily. At least that's my experience from talking about open source with non-techs
Next point: it doesn't become clear why someone should prefer Digibyte over e.g. Paypal. You can pay immediately, too. And in general you also don't pay extra fees as the merchants take care of it. So what's the selling point? We should take the following points in consideration:
The average joe doesn't care about...
- ... decentralisation
- ... how cool a technology is - he just wants to use it without any problems
- ... technical security (as he can't validate it - the "experts" can say whatever they want)
- ... being part of the mining process as it just costs time for him without immediate benefit
So, what's left? I'd say:
- no more bank account needed
- privacy about your financial situation
- access to your money with all kinds of devices all over the world
- digital replacement of cash in your daily routine (no more cocaine polluted paper in your childs hand haha)

edit: you're also stating "It even incorporates technology used to secure nuclear launch codes". Do you know it? Or are just guessing? What hash (if any) is used to safe nuclear codes? I once read an article which said it was hand written on a peace of paper lol
Also I'm not sure if you want to refer to something as negative as nuclear weapons. Are there any more positive examples? Where we can be sure it uses one of digibytes hashing algorithms?[/list]
