I needed to know the criterias of these nominees of it is based on their forum ranks or or possessions. In response, the votes are individual for each user, which are then counted and the winners are determined.
Any user can be voted for, as long as someone thinks they are in the respective category and deserve their vote.
You can vote for yourself. It's not something that makes a lot of sense, but there's nothing stopping you from doing it.

I have seen it in the rules. There are still 52 days left before the votes ending date, so there are still time left for people to vote. I have almost completed my picks, but I will later find time to include something about the reason I chose them. Not that hard for me to select the right people that are worth it.
