I will not sell anything now at 99.3% loss in my portfolios. I am sure the market will turn, will I get it all back, two years of losses? I do not know, but if I sell what I have now I will surely be in a loss 100% So I am certainly not going to sell anything at these all time ,lows in this lowest part of the bear cycle. I am also day trading with my Wife so if we make 30-40 USD day trading and use some of the funds to grow more crypto bags in this down cycle, we might be able to mitigate the huge loss one day and get things back, even a portion of what we lost back in profits will be good as we started with 0 and we put two years of hard work into earning crypto.
How much will bitcoin price drop? Will start grow next month?

Right now i think is better to hold bitcoin and others altcoins even if we see a much lower price. In my opinion when bitcoin will start grow, i think next year, we can see a higher price than ever, maybe over 30,000$ and most altcoins will grow and we can get a nice profit.

I agree we have to stay strong in this though bear market. People start to loose their control and they start to loose their hopes. But always whales need that.
If people will loose all the hopes about cryptocurrency i believe that time next bull will start again. Because of that i am not selling my tokens i am a strong holder.

Patience is required, but it does hold the coin will benefit you? I think it depends on what coins you hold, some coins may be able to recover and increase and some will continue to fall. So, it's better for you to do research about coins that you have before deciding to sell or hold them.
