There are a lot of coins that are more than needed because their technology is more than good, so i think that yes, they are needed here in crypto for different kind of stuff

I believe that the new altcoins simply try to make our world better and more convenient. Whether it will work for them is another matter, but I think that we need to give them a chance to try it out.

Altcoin presents the competition in this regard, although there is no alternative cryptocurrency that poses a real threat to Bitcoin. Without altcoin, Bitcoin will look very different from what we know today.
The situation is like amazon vs ebay, google vs bing, mercedes vs bmw etc. I mean even if some projects have similar purposes markets are still open for various ways of implementation
if in my own opinion it really is not necessary, because with its many altcoin it will be confusing for traders and investors.
Altcoins improve cryptomarket better than the other variant. I have more altcoins than BTC that's way. In my opinion there are more ways to use altcoins.
A difficult question, I think that many altkoins are much more useful than Bitcoin! Bitcoin is like gold in our world, you do not think that without gold we can not live, and that this is the most useful thing on the planet !?
Bitcoin is old and slow. There are many altcoins faster and safer, however they are not so popular and this is their main problem.

Now I trust the Altcoins more. Because their price is very strong and it is now justified economically. I use Altcoins for payments.
it depends on what you have in mind when you say "need"!
altcoins are supposed to be alternative projects to bitcoin that try and do things that bitcoin can not do. for example bitcoins algorithm is Poof of Work. you can't just change that, so you create a new project and start developing different technologies. PoS comes in. then Proof of Space, and a couple of the Poof of ... that i do not recall right now. then you get technologies that are different, sometimes better, sometimes worse.
so do we need them? yes we need them to create new things. possibly even something better than bitcoin someday. hopefully.
but if we consider the current state of altcoins, the answer is no. we do not need 90% of them. because they just copy paste each other without any improvement or anything.

yes we need altcoins, In my first day in crypto ill earn enough from altcoins.
Actually altcoins as have some a good prices if we holding of it, But it was too long to hold some altcoins and they have sometimes it will comes only a month.

I have heard from many experienced investors that investing in cryptocurrency is now advisable to be divided into three parts: 1/3 is bitcoin, 1/3 is Ethereum and 1/3 in various altcoins. Thus, you can balance your portfolio and diversify your risks. I also recommend this strategy to my friends and I am sure that it is optimal.

Undoubtedly yes! All this gives us different options. One coin, for example, is better than the other in speed, the other is better than reliability, etc. Thus, we perform artificial selection, evolving the crypto industry. In the meantime, we are still waiting for amazing projects, like Kelvin Blockchain! I would like to stop and tell a lot about this project. But I'd better leave a link to an article where everyone can learn about the project. I would not be interested in this project, if not for the innovative method of encryption, protection on a quantum level, mega fast transactions, which is missing many coins.

Do we need altcoin? I think yes because its hard to reach the value of bitcoin and we need altcoin to bypass it to make it bitcoin

for the problem of whether or not I think it depends on the interests and confidence of the investors themselves if they believe I think it could have happened
I think we do need altcoins because different coins can be used for different purposes. Anyway, today there are too many different altcoins without innovative idea and possibilities for the further development. I think only top altcoins have a big future.
no we don't . its not something that you must have to survive. If you talking about the profit we can make or not through alt coins, yeah we need it to earn in short term and also in long term
sure we need it. we need SmartContract like ETH.
